Mozart's Requiem or Beethoven's Missa Solemnis. The "confutatis" from Verdi's Requiem is pretty neat, as well, but Mozart's gets to follow that part up with a gorgeous "voca me (with) benedictis" [English word substituted because the language filter hates eccesial Latin] that blows Verdi away.
Or, if you take Nietzsche's critcism seriously, Wagner's Parsifal.

Of any Christian song, this comes the closest for me to being a "favorite". It's not a perfect fit, of course, because I don't believe in a single "God of all the nations"..
This is my song, Oh God of all the nations,
A song of peace for lands afar and mine.
This is my home, the country where my heart is;
Here are my hopes, my dreams, my sacred shrine.
But other hearts in other lands are beating,
With hopes and dreams as true and high as mine.
My country's skies are bluer than the ocean,
And sunlight beams on cloverleaf and pine.
But other lands have sunlight too and clover,
And skies are everywhere as blue as mine.
Oh hear my song, oh God of all the nations,
A song of peace for their land and for mine.

Mine is Jesus loves the little children, red and yellow black and white they are precious in his sight. The sad thing is that not every one lives by these words. If they did the world would be a more peaceful place.

It would have to be " How great thou art". My church pianist is extraordinary, her rendition of that song is stellar. She is a concert pianist and is world renowned. So we get a show, every Sunday at mass. I also love the song " I'll fly away", especially if it is done by Bluegrass artists.

"Lord I Lift Your Name On High" Is a good one, too.
