..against the Pilbara Stromatolite fossils..?
Spare us the worn out and false "the dating methods are flawed" retorts, as many independant dating techniques were used and corroborated, and the West Australian Pilbara region is already well documented for it's rare and extremely ancient geology, from the scientific studies behind researching the natrural resources of gold, iron, nickel, tin, uranium, oil and gas in and around the Pilbara region.
These fossils not only show that life was present 3.5 billion years ago, but also that several types of microbes were part of what is the earliest known ecosystem.

To shut this down without further investigation is not only willfully ignorant and a gross act denial, but it would be unfortunate for someone to never understand the fruits of modern mainstream science and cutting edge developments in this field.

vdagah, your reasoning is that of a child. If that's the total sum of your argument, then you seemingly accept "modern mainstream" scientific principles, disciplines, and descriptions of the natural world, as you now realise they are ever more refined, and todays science contains clear, unambigious and compelling evidence, which is verifiable..
And NO, previous whacky creationist claims of flawed scientific dating methods were never verified, in spite of many fruitless and bias creationist attempts to show as much..
Over to you..?

Luke S, you are only making uneducated guesses, and incorrect assumptions. Stromatolites are alive and well today in a few parts of the world, where shallow, warm and calm seas prevail..
I have seen them on the WA coast, and are world heritage listed.
Back to your books old chum..
