The physical man named Jesus...
and
The spiritual being named Christ?

Are they the same?
Are they different?
Are they one and the same?
Are they two of a kind?

Thoughts, Opinions, Ideas...?

Pope Albino Luciani died after only 33 days as pope, and under mysterious circumstances. Some say that he was murdered - either because he was going to reform to many things or because he stumbled upon corruption in the Vatican. Do these conspiracy theories have any truth to them?

Also, a few times, he turned up a Nickleback song when I was in the truck with him. That alone, to me, is proof that there's no loving God!!

So let's see here, according to 2 Kings 2:23-24, God, as ordered by Elisha, had two bears kill fourty two children, who made fun of Elisha's head. Now that wasn't very loving of God, was it? I mean, you make fun of a guy, and you get killed? Shouldn't Elisha show more restraint than that? Even if he doesn't, then God, at least have the kindness to spare the children?

What's going on here Christians? Why did God kill 42 people?

If not, then how can you say there is no God? You would have to have infinite knowledge to be sure. So to me it looks like you have to have more faith to believe there is not a God then to believe there is one.

As the Old Testament writes in detail and the Holy Quran says in suggestive way. (Forbidden fruit) is insight because on the basis of Quranic verses the Almighty used to call Adam and Eve and without feeling any kind of shame for their nakedness they used to reply. But after eating the forbidden fruit they began to feel ashamed of their nakedness and hid themselves.

In the past they used to see the Lord without any kind of shame. Now after eating the forbidden fruit they are feeling ashamed of their nakedness. The proof is that the condition in which they were till yesterday (nakedness), they were not able to see it and now by eating the forbidden fruit they have received insight and the forbidden tree is the tree of insight.

What did the Almighty desire?

Should man eat the forbidden fruit or not?

Does anyone still believe that Jesus was a white man? What is the prevailing opinion these days? Do any Christians feel foolish for ever believing Jesus was pale skinned?

if a baseball player is playing in a game on Sunday(he may even come to bat at the plate and make a cross symbol on his chest)?

I read these verses in Isaiah 58:13, 14:
"If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:
Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it."

1 Samuel 2:9
He will guard the feet of his SAINTS, but the wicked will be silenced in darkness. It is not by strength that one prevails...
Psalm 16:3
As for the SAINTS who are in the land, they are the glorious ones in whom is all my delight.
Psalm 34:9
Fear the LORD, you his SAINTS, for those who fear him lack nothing.
Romans 1:7
To all in Rome who are loved by God and called to be SAINTS: Grace and peace to you from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
***This is a beautiful story,***
"I hope yours is blessed to be equally as beautiful..."
*St. Francis of Assisi*
"In one famous story, Francis preached to hundreds of birds about being thankful to God for their wonderful clothes, for their independence, and for God's care. The story tells us the birds stood still as he walked among him, only flying off when he said they could leave."

Is there a rabbi or Jewish scholar that can explain who the Jews believe Jesus was? If Jews do not believe Jesus was the Messiah then who was he and are they still waiting for the true Messiah?

When Jesus was crucified, it is said that he died for our sins. Christians believe him to be the redeemer of mankind. What is he redeeming us from? The fall in the garden, when sin first entered the world and the prospect of Hell was placed upon us as punishment.

In order for Christ’s death to have the meaning Christians believe it does, it is necessary that Adam and Eve’s story be historically factual.

Do you agree that this is the motivating factor behind the belief in Christian creationism?

How would Christians feel if Atheists went around saying, "Atheists blessed you with science"?

Atheists aren't disrespectful like Christians so we wouldn't do that

People on here get so upset and rant and rave about Christians being duped out of their money. We like to give to God's work, why does that bother non-christians??
