ok, so he didn't believe in evolution...so? ok, he thought abortion and homosexuality were sins...so? does that make him a horrible person to the point that atheists and other liberals need to celebrate his death and mock him while his family mourns? How does one gain the respect of an atheist.....by standing up for what they believe in, or mindlessly falling in with the atheists and just going along with whatever they say? Since atheists do not respect life and believe there is no point/meaning behind it...i guess i shouldn't expect them to respect death either.

I've been very confused as of late. I grew up believing in Darwin's theroy of Evolution, but I cannot be certain. I also do not believe in Creation because if this were to be, then where did the creators come from and what created them? I also do not believe in the Big Bang theroy because something cannot be created from nothing.
I would like to see some opinions of people regarding this topic and their views. It would also be very helpful if you were to have backed up facts for each theroy, links, etc...Thanks!

I found out last year that my husband (now ex) has been molesting our 13 year old daughter since she was 7. It has taken over 15 months to go to trial, and on Friday, May 18 he is pleading guilty and we are taking the punishment before the judge.

I believe that when two or more are in agreement, God's will be done. I am believing that he will be held accountable, he will reap what he sows, and go to prison. Please pray for God's will to be done in this, and that my daughter will be covered in His peace and His mercy on Friday when she has to testify and face her father. God Bless You All!

I have frequently seen Atheists respond to the question "what if you're wrong?" with, "That sounds like Pascal's Wager." As if the wager is a terrible thing? Anyone who has read his work will know that he answers other questions like "which god" in other places. However, it is true that as a Christian, a person has absolutely nothing to lose is Atheists are right. I love my life so far and if it ends and there is nothing - no big deal. Atheists have said that they will live good lives so that if there is a God, they will go to heaven anyway. Wrong! He requires righteousness and holiness, and many people who claim to be Christians are still going to hell(Matthew 7:21-23) for being sinners and not obedient. Besides, if you sacrificed your child to save someone else - how would you feel about that person if they ignored you? So what's so bad about Pascal's Wager?

If you are a believer in GOD and his word, you understand this is suppose to happen, but if you don't believe how do you think problems on our planet will get better? when daily we see things getting worse? This year it's Oregon, last year Washington & California. West coast seabirds are dying in record numbers, Starvation seems to be the cause, perhaps becasue of weak upwelling currents, unusual climate conditions, or lack of normal plankton supplies. The alarming decline in bee populations across the United States and Europe represents a potential ecological apocalypse, an environmental catastrophe that could collapse the food chain and wipe out humanity. Who and what is behind this flagrant abuse of the eco-system?conditions seem to be failing the birds and they are dying of unknown viruses.. I was having this conversation with someone the other day. I'd now like to ask the general population in cyberspace there opinion. Do you believe that Nazi imagery can be considered beautiful? The atrosities acted out by them were horrible and disgusting. I'm not taking that way from the situation. If you separate the horribleness of the situation and base it on image alone.

The other day I went to work (I work at a golf course) and I was quite hungover, still kinda drunk, and I was thinking to myself, I'd kill for a beer right now. It was a Monday morning so I had to go around and change all the garbages. All that's in them is empty beer bottles and cans, so basically unless theres actual garbage, I'm just supposed to take the empties out and toss them into recycling bins. So yeah I'm jonesing for a beer, and i start taking the empties out of the first can, and low and behold I find two full tall boys of Canadian. so I'm thinkin damn, this is a sign from god, or some sort of a gift... haha but I didn't drink them cuz I'm not gonna drink beer that I found in a garbage can, even if it is from god. anyways so like two days later I'm working in the golf courses clubhouse, and once again I'm thinkin I could really go for a beer right now... and I open a cupboard and there is a fresh bottle of labatt blue... now all I can say is God must really want me to drink

“As you go, preach.”—Matt. 10:7.

“How, in turn, will they hear without someone to preach?” (Rom. 10:14)

"19 Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded YOU. And, look! I am with YOU all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.” Matt. 28:19, 20

So you see from the scriptures, (there are others as well) we have a work to do! We are told to preach. Older ones come out knocking on the doors because it is what they want to do. They understand this command from Jehovah. We have a warning work to do. We take our children out door to door because we are training them. We teach them WHY we are going out. The Bible says at Galatians 6:7: “Whatever a man is sowing, this he will also reap.” Parents who want their children to have high moral standards must first show that they themselves are living according to such standards. "12 Remember, now, your Grand Creator in the days of your young manhood, before the calamitous days proceed to come, or the years have arrived when you will say: “I have no delight in them" (Ecc.12:1)

"6 And these words that I am commanding you today must prove to be on your heart; 7 and you must inculcate them in your son and speak of them when you sit in your house and when you walk on the road and when you lie down and when you get up" (Deut. 6:6,7) So you see here, we HAVE to train our children!

The day of Jehovah is coming.

"14 “The great day of Jehovah is near. It is near, and there is a hurrying [of it] very much. The sound of the day of Jehovah is bitter. There a mighty man is letting out a cry. " Zephaniah 1:14

His day will not be late either! (Habakkuk 2:2, 3) "2 And Jehovah proceeded to answer me and to say: “Write down [the] vision, and set [it] out plainly upon tablets, in order that the one reading aloud from it may do so fluently. 3 For [the] vision is yet for the appointed time, and it keeps panting on to the end, and it will not tell a lie. Even if it should delay, keep in expectation of it; for it will without fail come true. It will not be late."

How can you survive this day of Judgment? It is by taking in accurate knowledge. This is what God requires of us. “This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the only true God, and of the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ.” (John 17:3) So this is why we go door to door, it is what God has told us to do, and his day is almost here and in order to survive it you have to have accurate knowledge. It means your very life.

The difference between evolution and Creationism is that evolution is real and Creationism is not real. Creationism is based on the Bible that says that God created the world in 6 days about 10,000 years ago. Clearly the world was not created in 6 days about 10,000 years ago so therefore the Bible is just plain wrong. If the world were merely 10,000 years old then how do you explain the dinosaurs that are millions of years old? We've discovered life fossils that date back billions of years. Even the skeletons of modern humans date back before the time of Adam and Eve.

If we were to believe the Bible, then we would have to believe the Earth was created before the stars, which is the wrong order. If the stars were created 10,000 years ago, we wouldn't be able to see starts that were more than 10,000 light years away. That's because if a star were further away than 10,000 light years, the light from that star wouldn't have got here yet. Our galaxy alone is about 100,000 light years acros

I know, I know..

Everyone needs money to survive...

But when it comes to enlightening someone on your views on the Divine...why do you sell?
What about the rich and famous preachers that don't NEED anymore money..?
Are they really donating ALL of it to a good cause?
Or are they only donating a small portion for their own well being?
What are your thoughts..
