There is the addendum that respect for the dead only goes for those who gave it when they were alive.
One of the most anti-Christian holy men of our times. One can only hope James Dobson is getting near to the front of the line now as well.

I will remember him as a greedy , self righteous , scammer/con artist and complete asshole ......... for about 10 seconds , then forget he ever existed !
BTW , I heard he died after gorging himself on 1/2 a cow at dinner , then farting till he exploded !
