According to your own beliefs, God's will manifested ever since he started molesting her.
And do you think that prayers make God change his MASTER PLAN?
Come on!! Get REAL.
EDIT: Hey Sylvester.... the TRUTH hurts, I guess that's why you guys invented the god delusion, isn't it?

Tell your daughter that she is not alone. I am an adult survivor of childhood Incest. My abuser is no longer alive. Facing her deepest fear along with her mother by her side, will give her such a freedom that can never be explained. It seems very difficult now, but the truth will set her free. If she faces THIS then she can face ANYTHING in her life. What a challenge she faces at such a young age.
Yes, I will pray for you both. She has survived the best she knew how. One last hurdle, HUGE hurdle, and she will be able to start a new life. A life that includes freedom. We shall break these chains, and silence! YOU ARE NOT ALONE SWEETIE!!! There are MANY of us. To MANY of us. Breaking the silence will not only set you free, but will set your generations of family free, for years to come. BREAK the silence. You will come through this so much stronger.
I am soooooooo sorry for your pain. If you need someone to talk to, you can find me on 360. Drop me a message. There are many groups, probably in your area that can help too.
Bless Y'all

Just keep in mind when his punishment is set that no matter what punishment the judge hands out on your ex that if he doesn't ask for God's mercy it will never be worst that what our father's punishment for him will be, also keep in mind that she is losing a father by her testimony, so get her some help outside of the court. I hope you all the best, and may his mercy be with you.

You and your daughter are in my prayers. Please, get yourself, your daughter, and any other children into counseling immediately if you have not all ready done so. This is a horribly long-term abuse for your family and I pray for your peace and solace. I will leave that man's punishment to God. I know there is a special place (not in heaven) for anyone who can do what he has done to your daughter. Please let her know that she is not to blame and that she is still perfect just as God made her. Bless you both!

How very distressing. My prayers are with you all.
I think that if your ex is pleading guilty, your daughter won't have to testify or, for that matter, be in the courtroom at all.

MY PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU AND YOUR DAUGHTER!
My friend's two sisters were both molested by their eldery neighbor. His neighbor committed suicide & one of his sisters (9) is now bi-polar. But keep optimisitc. My friend, for example, is now considering the priesthood - peace be with you.

i will pray for you sister, and your daughter
you got to forgive your ex husband, not by might, or strength, but by the power of the Holy Spirit.
it must be tough on your daughter. be there for her, love her even more. encourage her to go to a christian youth group where there will be acceptance, love and care.
i am a youth leader in a church in singapore. have seen a few of such cases. the girls grow up pretty well if they assimilate themselves into a caring church. :)
i will pray for you.
edit: i think Malcom is pretty discouraging.

If I were you, I would hope he gets a long prison sentence. After that, don't let it concern you- get on with your life and get your daughter some counseling.
