Christians are always saying it... "you must make your choice... before you die..." "after you die thats IT"... what about those (very few) who have never heard of him... IE tribes in the jungle... Jesus said " I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." Which means he is the ONLY way... so those who have never heard of him are screwed according to christianity... OR! The bible is wrong and there is another way... you choose... will god really send them to hell... they can't choose they did not know of him... bit unfair... Or the bible is wrong... I believe the bible is wrong. more than that god will send these poepl to hell...

Is asking someone to believe something without demonstrable evidence promoting self-delusion? Is it comparable to selling medicine that is ineffective?

Any theist who have not served honorably in the military, you owe me,you are here because people like me made it possible. If you have not actively fought for this country, you have utterly no claim, none,to speak of what I owe you about this country. Out of answers, had to get that off my chest

I understand that some people have an aversion to evolutionary theory and that's fine - everyone's entitled to their opinion after all. What I don't understand are those people who proclaim that it's an impossibility when we have experimental evidence that proves it isn't.

For example, the speciation of fruit flies, the mutation of bacteria and viruses, the development of plants, etc. The list goes on.

Now I appreciate some people argue that this is microevolution, nor macroevolution and again I'm fine with that (I don't agree with the reasoning but I can understand it) but the point remains: We have demonstrable examples of evolution in action. Sure, sometimes they aren't particularly succsesful mutations, but the point remains that they're possible and that they happened.

Why then deny what has been proven to be true?
