It's open and unambiguous- it focuses solely on adhering to moral precepts and it doesn't require its followers to evangelise. On the negative side is the issue of karma and rebirth which many people think is the be all and end all with Buddhism but in reality it is not necessary to even believe in them to be a Buddhist.

Everything about buddhism is good. The only drawback would be a you need a desire to become less ignorant. If you already think you know everything it won't work out for you.
I also want to say in regards to the above people with the "bad" things about buddhism. You have a wrong understanding of buddhism.

Buddhism can't be a religion because a god cannot be born into this world. Buddhists believe in Siddhartha Gautama, he was a wise man after his death some people started to worship him. NO OFFENCE!

Good: recommendation of moderation, in right action and behavior, in keeping things in perspective, in meditation, in not taking anyone's word for things but thinking it over.

Bad: I wouldn't say 'bad' really but I disagree that all life is suffering, some of it is quite nice, thanks. And the deification of Buddha by some practitioners is a bit silly and outside of the religion's philosophy.

Well good and bad are largely perspectives, but in my opinion:

Good: Self-searching, attempts to seek right livelihood, that their mind, heart, and actions are all in accordance and not contradictory, that they have respect for all life, and that they do not get depressed about things we cannot stop (like aging). In other words, they seek to severe attachment.

Bad: Neglect of Christ, neglect of redemption for their sins because a good deed does not cancel out a bad deed.... And 'some' tend to revere Buddha as a deity, and others tend to be more atheistic.

Depends on your perceptions... study it yourself and see where your mind leads you. www.buddhanet.net In my perceptions I can find nothing "bad" about Buddhism.

Most thing is good or acceptable but it is too hard for some people (capitalist, communist, terrorist and dictator) to practice since it tells them to think for other first!
