Is it merely what is required or expected by religious
convention? Is it less than that? Or is it extravagant and heartfelt?

I thank Him each morning for the new day and the blessings it will bring. I also thank Him for the beauty of the world he created for all to enjoy and keeping my family safe and providing for all that we need. Every day brings new blessings from the Lord. The greatest of these blessings is the peace and joy inside from knowing His loving presence is constantly with me and leading me on the path He wants me to walk.

I show that I'm willing to learn all about this wonderful world that I'm living in, not just what one group says he wrote. I show that I take his true word (i.e. the evidence he provides in actual history, archeology, and science) and base my life on doing right because I WANT TO, not because I'm afraid of something some misguided people wrote a few thousand years ago.
I show a heartfelt lust for the truth in all matters, not the ideological 'truth' fabricated by the religious.

Today, we show God by going to places of worship, that we are thankful for what He has done for us! This is actually the easy way out. Actually, we should do what He likes from us-spread love, harmony and concentrate on a spiritual and disciplined life!

I don't think God asks any more than our praise, loving others and living a good life. Anything beyond that is someone just trying to show off and is probably not sincere.

I'm not sure if He exists and whether or not He has done anything for me, so I am doing nothing specific to recognise Him.
If I perform a virtuous act and He decides to take this as my recognising him, then that is His choice.

I talk to Him all the time. I don't do wrong to others because who am I to punish them? I love Him. I put Him first in my life. I put my life and plans into His hands. I witness to others. And I pray like crazyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
