Like lots of other teens he probably didn't recognize his sexual preference until he started hanging around with those other guys. Then they began traveling around together and sleeping together and they apparently made a big splash in that god-forsaken (no pun intended) corner of the world.

Jesus was rebellious and sullen during his teen years, like many teens are. He went thru a rough patch. He only listened to cds by the Angry Gallileans, a local punk band. He wore his robe backwards in protest. Hung out with a tough crowd of Publicans. The Christians try to sweep this under the rug.

Anyway, I do believe nobody knows about his teen years because basically, nobody cared until he showed up saying he was God, so....

God put in the high points; the stuff we needed to know about Him and how to live the best life.

They were probably not significant to his mission and message. The bible is Salvation History. It is about man's fall from grace and man's redemption.

That is the biggest bother of the Gospels for me. Although it is no big deal. The content that exists is more than enough.
