Is it true that you have to be confined in solitude for purification?

2007-03-23 05:22:23 · 3 answers · asked by Janet Reincarnated 5

Out of all the regulars, there have been about 5 or 6 who have talked to me on the phone.

These 5 or 6 would be "eyewitness" to the truth of me being a male. I can vouch that some of the people are male or that they are female.

My question is, since this is something you could verify yourself, ie . . you could call me yourself, is the eyewitness account of 5 or 6 other people considered testimony that the truth is that I am male?

---

Some claim a belief in the divinity of Jesus, based on eye witness accounts in the Bible. I personally do not believe this, and primarily because I can not verify the Jesus divinity, theres no 1-800 god number to call and get a person on the line, to complete my analogy.

---

Is it faith that I am who I say I am, or reliance on testimony.

Is there such a 1-800 number for the gods other people believe?

I can't say that i'm a religious because my reason is not only of religion. But I also know that boys specially, hardly have such strong belief. And I guess that there are alot of disagrees but I have seen some good boys and girls who still strongly believe in that.I sometimes like to chat in yahoo messanger (like now) but seems all the boys are looking for sex.
I wonder are still some good mature boys with such a strong belief?
(for sure that's a personal belief)
In case you agree, mention your age plz and if you like you can send me an email.

Are these just different tellings of the same story, one is in general the other is specific? Or are they two different creative acts, on the 6th day God created the human race and in chapter 2 God created the chosen man of Adam and placed him in the Garden of Eden? Just wandering what you think?

I asked a question in the sports section a few minutes ago, and don't know if I'm gonna get a response.

First Q: I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get actual discount codes on roller skates for sites like www.discountskatewear.com; www.skates.com; www.lowpriceskates.com; etc.?

I would really appreciate it.

Sorry that wasn't a religious question, just looking for help.

Second Q: Do you consider God's word the Bible to be instrumental in counsel for today's problems we face? Or do you think the counsel is out of date?

No rude answers please, it's Friday! (((((Smile)))))
Thank you in advance for both answers!

When he was resurrected his body still had holes in it and stuff so I figured he may have got stains on his robe.

I also figured that since God gave him his old beaten up body back he probably gave him his old clothes back.

I think Jesus might want something a little more fashionable.

My question is, why would the biblical satan or his demons choose to possess a human body? Obviously, as per Genesis, humans are generally very open and susceptible to temptation without having their very actions controlled and directed by a supernatural evil force.

Wouldn't the mainstream idea of possession, like we see in the "The Exorcist" movies or "Emily Rose", only serve to prove the existence of god, and not beneficial to satan? Wouldn't seeing something that terrifying in person encourage the observers to seek out a closer relationship with god out of fear?

What would satan's motivation be?

My weaker but fairly beautiful sister in law Dzemila is single, and on the "hunt" to find a soul mate to complete her and make her life actually worthwhile.

I find her to be very charming. A true Christian woman with actual values. How rare is that now, especially in the United States?

Every morning when I wake up and see my above average European wife, I am fairly content. I have one awesome kid, and another one too.

I think the man who is willing to take Dzemila into his home will be happy.

It's just good to know that American men actually can find women you don't need to get tested for STD's or find a doctor for multiple tattoo removals.

There is a lot of talk here about tolerance. I do believe in being tolerant of differing lifestyles, religions, and beliefs. But someone once taught me that 'what you tolerate, you encourage.' Now this might be more applicable on a smaller, more personal level, but does that idea change or affect your feelings about tolerance - in terms of what we should or should not tolerate, or to what level - in any way?

Just something I've been thinking about while reading the questions and answers here.
