There are no Scriptural sources that show He will still bear the marks of His crucifixion when He returns. However, Revelation gives an account of an appearance in Heaven where He still bears the marks of His torture and death.
Rev. 5:6a reads: "And I looked, and behold, in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as though it had been slain ..." (Jesus, of course, is the "Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world." -- John 1:29.)
As I stated above, all other references, such as Isaiah 63, emphasize His return in glory rather than His death on the cross.

I don't have Scripture for it, but I believe He will have those scars for eternity. They will be a reminder of what He sacrificed for us and the single reason we have eternal life with Him.
