It is interesting and amusing to think that the Rapture is real and has already happened.
Some people are so dissatisfied with their lives here that they wish for a rapture of some sort to whisk them away to something better.
How horrible (yet, sardonic) if the second coming did happen and all those people that feel convinced that they follow the right path were left behind.
I suppose one could view Koresh as the second coming. His followers went with him, and all those who sneered at him are left behind on Earth.

I'm assuming that you really want an answer to this question. Hopefully I'm not just wasting my time.
I don't understand what you mean by "like he hasn't been here twice already." What evidence do you have that Jesus has been here more than once? Really, the Book of Mormon is the only book that says anything about a "time and a half" coming when He preached to the Lost Tribes in America, but most mainstream Christians don't count that coming.
However, to answer your question, it's because according to Christian theology, He *hasn't* been here twice already, at least not in the manifestation of Jesus Christ. The first time He came was about 2,000 years ago to preach the good news. Mormons throw in a "time and a half" to preach to the lost tribes in America. The Second Coming is when the prophesy of Revelations is fulfilled.
According to the Book of Revelations, when Christ returns for the second time He will first destroy his opposition that received the Mark of the Antichrist. Satan will be bound up and then Jesus will set up a global kingdom what will last 1,000 years. After the 1,000 years Satan will be let loose again, he will create an army to oppose Jesus, and then that will be destroyed. Finally, there will be the Judgment Day and Christ will set up the New Heaven and the New Earth, which will be eternal.

Christians talk about the second coming, the rapture, etc.
All a bunch of bunk. Not going to happen. Stop worring about fictional writings and get on with your life.
If they spent as much time trying to make the world a better place as they spend talking and worshipping a non-existant being, the world would be a much better place.

You need to give more. When and where? Who? Because Jesus has only been on earth once so far. Jews are still waiting for the Messiah for His first arrival.
IF He had come already a 2nd time, earth would be peaceful. And it's not.

The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one; The enemy that soweth them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world. The Son of man shall send forth his angels and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
Matthew 13:38-43
It is my prayer that you ask God to come into your heart and forgive you. He still loves you.

A second coming is more dramatic than the fifth, sixth, and so on. Also, why would someone admit that the "n" number of trials by god still failed to accomplish the mission. "Mission accomplished" is a better PR than a "Mission continues".

Well, in reference to his second coming, he was only resurrected once and that is what he was speaking of. Another words he won't come back as a human, I don't think.
Probably as spirit, just as he left.

when you say "christians", it seems you certainly don't know what you are talking about. All christians don't actually believe the same ideology, so you will be more clear if you specify which 'christians' you are implying.
