Have you ever read the book of Romans, because it may help you to understand the difference between being under law and under grace. Through salvation, we no longer are under the law, because the price was paid.

You see, you have two choices if you are aiming to go for heaven according to the Bible, you can try for being perfect under the law, which is what the OT followers of God had to do, or they were under grace. Grace is God's Riches At Christ's Expense. Meaning he paid the price. But once that price is paid, we are expected to follow and to repent in order to receive forgiveness.

Does that make sense?

Muslim's young are automatically Muslim. There is no choice and in some countries those who change will have their lives threatened or livelihood persecuted. Other religions are liberal though their young can claim of their faith belongs to their parents yet their lives not threatened or livelihood in jeopardy if they change religion later on. Can the Muslim give this right to their young? This is the basic human and personal freedom but not for those who are born as children of Muslim parents.

This is therefore difficult for Muslim to integrate or interact with followers of other faith. Because of the faith, there are many things which Muslim regarded as forbidden under the rules of the faith, therefore, any integration will have to see that the other parties are offering them consideration or compliance to their faith before they can or wish to join in. So countries which have groups of Muslim will have problems to get them to integrate with nationals of other faiths.

I did a puesdo quickie Reform conversion on the Bima, no bet din and no mikveh. It was a mistake. I went back to my church where I belong. I serve the Jewish community better as a Catholic. I volunteer ALL the time at my spouses's temple and am involved socially. They will be very angry at me. But they did pressure me. Please advise.

But I watch christian television and listen to christian radio and read christian books and everyones ideas and opions are so very different like, Theres no rapture, theres no such thing as the trinity, never have a blood transfusion, worship only on saturday, toungs are from the devil, baptise, dont baptise, women should cover there heads in church, it doesnt matter if they do, Jesus is God,Jesus is not God,I could go on forever here.Makes ne scared that there is no real truth and that we are all just these poor pathectc lost little creatures running around making up stuff to keep us sane untill we die,I dont get it at all. And if you say(read yr bible) well, dont we all have a different reality?perspective?view? i dont understand why atheists have to act towards theists in such a derogatory way?
why are you so destructive and abusive?
im not generalising because i know alot that aren't like that. im just saying why are you like that!?!!?
why is it you have to give people such a hard time because they have beleifs and you dont.
you call us biggots and warmongers?
why is that so? because we dissagree with peoples ways of living and fight for what we believe in? we don't hate people and im not saying we are perfect. because alot of us are far from it.
but it doesn't give you a right to make us look like mental invalids because we don't agree with everything science shoves down our throats.
please give me your views on why people are so critical of other people these days and generalise us all like we are all prehistorically minded?

Paul had learned that the Saints at Corinth were contending over points of doctrine—with each faction aligning itself behind the church leader they supposed taught the views they espoused. Paul opened his letter by reproving them:

“Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ.

“Is Christ divided?” (1 Cor. 1:12–13.)

He then taught them the truth concerning some of the disputed doctrines and urged them to unite with all the leaders God had set in the Church. (See 1 Cor. 12.) Specifically, he mentioned Apostle, prophets, and teachers.

getting ready to leave the station and this lady pulls up in an escort wagon with Texas plates. She started in with a story about losing her licesne and needing $ to get back to TX. The lady at the pump next to me handed her a 10 spot. I had been planning on giving her abit too, my last $3 but I figured, she's got some money and I've heard a lot of similar stories over the years, particularly at the gas station. So then she asks "aren't you going to help me out?" I said, "well you've got some money now" and she says "this won't even fill my tank. You don't have to give me cash. You can pump the gas into my tank." I told her no and that she should be happy with what she got. Should I have given her more money? Do you think she was on the level? Anybody else hear this type of story from a stranger?

By any biblical standard the life and ministry of William Marrion Branham (1909-65) meets all the proofs of him being a prophet sent from God. And yet, because he tore man-made church systems to pieces (including the Roman Catholic Church) he has been grossly misrepresented and misquoted.

The USA still does not acknowlege that this man was indeed a true Christian prophet. My question is - Do Americans believe more in their church denomination than in the bible ?
