Does the positions of an angels wings have a certain meaning?

For instance if they are out to the sides does it mean something different than if they are down?

If the angel flaps its wings twice that means she is blessing us all. If she flaps her wings three times then she is gonna lay and egg on our heads.

wings are so old testament! nowadays angels have jet packs instead of wings.
