if it is not possible to ignore what we dont like (and in here it is pretty easy thing to do, just pass to the next question) how can we say we dont understand people killing others because of their religious beliefs, whatever colour they are?
if just questions make people really angry what would a more personal offence make of them?

To me, it means that all of us exhibit certain characteristics of God which our Lord reveal in Himself, ie. merciful, kindness, forgiving, loving, compassionate, humility, serving but not to be served attitude.

Be it believers or non-belivers alike as we complent one another to send forth god's love around the globe.

I have seen this term used not only on Yahoo Answers but other venues as well. Who started this termonology? Can any share the philosophy behind the phenomnon?

-If God is omniscient, it means he knows everything he is going to do.
-If God is omnipotent, it means he has the power to do anything.

So, hypothetically, does God have the power to do something even he didn't know he was going to do?
-If he cannot, it means he is not omnipotent because he does not have the power to do so.
-If he can, it means he is not omniscient because he did not have the knowledge he would do such and action.

Could it be...

It's been said by the heathen media/press over and over that there is no way to know truth ,or that we make our own so called Truth. But the Word of God [The Holy Bible] says...
John 17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth:thy word is truth.
John14:6 Jesus saith unto him,I am the way,the truth,and the life:no man cometh unto the Father but by me.
God's word is truth,Jesus Christ is the truth in bodily form.
Truth can be known and it will make you free.
The true church is the pillar and ground of the truth.
Ask Jesus Christ for his truth, it delivers from bondage and you will know the real truth.

I've recently found religion, but I can't find a church organization to attend. I've been torn for many years without religion, but after research, I've decided on one that is close to my beliefs. It's liberal quakerism, but I can't find any organizations.

i have becomed calloused and hard-headed. people have hated me for certain decisions and actions that I’ve made. but i know Someone up there will help me. He already showed me what i missed for five years. I am sure He won’t let me do this on my own.

Catholics are great at coming up with excuses that Go against God. For those who want to believe them no matter what. There reason is...and I quote a Catholic..."Christian symbol used to denote Peter and his crucifixtion . . . Do you church people ever wonder about the Neanderthals?

I asked a question about that recently, and one of the church people came on and quoted a Bible verse about giants.

The Neanderthals weren't giants. Any church people around who have an education, and care to answer my question?

Anybody, what really goes through your private mind when you learn about proto-humans, near-humans, and the ever-expanding fossil record?

If you study biology and you learn that rudimentary hind limbs appear briefly in the embryos of whales and dolphins, do you ever, even for an instant, wonder what the Lord was thinking?

Do you dismiss such thoughts? And where do you draw the line between the thoughts you dismiss and the thoughts you allow?

You're in a losing situation -- does that realization ever pop into your heads?

Beautiful Soul

She fell from heaven
Amazing the universe with her soul
For her to be created, it took more than seven
To catch a glimpse of her is god’s goal

She looks like a fairy
She touches people’s lives with just one smile
She is so perfect, it’s almost chilling
The attention she got made other women fiery

The ideal wife... The faultless mother...
Yet no-one appreciated her as much as they should
Seeing her made the angels flutter
She had the flair that no ordinary person could

God decided to give her a son
That would give her the recognition that she had deserved
Fulfilling his purpose is exactly what he has done
To brag about his mother, he has always loved

He adorned her desolate heart with his laughter
He gave to her what she had contributed to his existence
This was exactly what He was after
He adored her dearly from a distance

One day he left her world
Once again she was left alone
