I've got them coming every week! I let them in and make them a cup of tea, aqnd then argue against all their ideas (politely) I repeatedly tell them I am never going to be a jehovas witness, but they still call every Friday morning! Anyone else have this anomaly and how do you get them to accept your decline of their help - they believe we dont have souls - and that hell doesn;t exist *WOW*

Oi. I love Christians. So beautiful inside. I envy the spiritual discipline. Why can't we just leave them alone? The atheist should be concerned with his own intellectual development, and the Christian their spiritual development. How can we be true to our respective beliefs if we spend time attacking the other? No finger pointing now!!!

Since so many Atheists seem to constantly express thier belief that there is no GOD, no heaven then what makes them think what they believe is correct? Is it thier opinion we just evolve on the earth maybe a 100 years if truly lucky for no purpose other than to live for ourselves then we die, ashes to dust to be forgotton into oblivion..

well i believe in God not trying to offend anyone but i'm having trouble letting all my problems to him. I can be persecuted. The Bible says Blessed are the persecuted and I can't get any one to persecute me. I feel like I must be doing something wrong, not being a good Christian.
Also I want to practice my religion more.....turn the other cheek, forgive those who persecute you, etc. etc.
It's so hard to find persecution in the US. But I would never move, so could you help me out?

I was singing at one funeral when the son of the deceased threw himself onto the casket, sobbing.

If Christians believe in an afterlife, why would they grieve any more than seeing a loved one go on vacation? Why are they so poorly comforted by their faith?

Although I do not believe that Heaven exists, I nevertheless have always had an idea of what it might look like. I have always thought of Heaven as having and infiite blanket of white clouds for terrain and a clear azure sky overhead. Suddenly, a few moments ago, I realised how preposterous and narrow-minded this idea was. Therefore, I decided to find out the truth about Heaven's image:

Is there a specific depiction of Heaven that all Christians can agree upon? Can we know what Heaven looks like? Does Heaven look like anything at all?
