I believe in Hell because I believe in Heaven. There must always be an opposite. If there is no dark, then you don't know what light is, and the light ceases to exist. If there is no Hell, then you don't know what Heaven is, and Heaven ceases to exist.

Yes I believe Hell exists. I am a Christian and the Bible tells me there is a hell as well as a heaven. Seems logical that if we were to have one, we would have the other.

Great Question.

Answer: Yes

Why? Well there are a number of reasons I can't totally get into detail with here, but I'll simply offer a list.

1) God exists and loves Goodness and Justice.
- Creation shows that God exists
- Conscience shows that we do wrong
- If humanity demands justice, how much more will God, because man is made in God's image.

2) It is logical and even necessary given that you understand who God is.
- God is perfect, pure and holy
- God can not stand or look upon any impurity
- God can never lie
- God loves Justice and despises injustice
- God is love, therefore he must hate all that is evil
- God is a Judge of all mankind
- God designed all of mankind and is creator of all, we are His creation, and when we break His law, creation screams justice.

3) The biblical description is clear and consise throughout. Jesus spoke specifically about Hell and what it would consist of.
- Matthew, Jesus mentions Hell, Judgment, over and over.
- Deuteronomy 32 shows God's anger towards sin
- Revelation 20-21 make it astoundingly clear what will happen on the last day.
- Daniel 7 Shows God as a Judge

4) The law. Human laws. Conscience. Morality. They all testify that we will be accountable on the last day.
- Man demands Justice, and payment for breaking laws
- God put His laws in stones (10 commandments)
- God put His laws on our hearts (conscience)
- God is good and holy. He is a judge. He gives mankind time to repent.

4) Understanding the fullness of Hell gives more understanding to God's goodness and kindness.
- Since Hell is real and eternal and terrible, it shows us how infinately good and loving and kind God is in Heaven.
- More than anything else God suffered the fullness of Hell for the sins of mankind upon Himself as payment for the injustice we have done.
- God's suffering on the cross is a mystery to be understood, but it gives freedom to all who repent of their lawlessness and trust fully in Christ, who suffered that punishment on their behalf.
- Knowing that the Infinate God was bruised by the fires of hell for us, makes us realize His amazing love for us and that he wants None to perish, but all to come to repentance and faith in Him.

Those are simply some of the reasons.

I am a human being, and so i do not believe either HELL or HEAVEN. because i have logic and reason therefore Bible's /Korans/......religious hell/heaven does not exist for me , for you and for every one. what only exist is love and you feel heaven when given love, and you feel hell when someone hates you.
in practical todays religion teaches us how to hate everything which do not belong to you. in theory every holy book has hell/heaven.
Believe in mankind, love fellowman, you will be complete person without god, and you need not to bother where the hell etc are.

I do not believe in hell nor am I Christian, but anyone who uses Biblical quotes should know there are many verses that also suggest that death is the end.

Eccl. 9:5: The living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all

Ezekiel 18:20: The soul that sinneth, it shall die.

I don't believe that hell exists right now.. like most cartoons portray, or that people go straight to heaven or hell when they die..

But the Bible does tell us that at the end of time.. God will destroy all of the wicked.

Yes.
I am a christian and I believe what the bible says.
Do you know who talked more about hell than anyone in the bible?
Jesus. Why? Because he didn't want anyone to go there. He kept warning them.
Hell is just a place where God isn't. God is very polite and wont' force anyone to go there is they choose not to.
