Please, no faith based string or quantum singularity hypothesis. One has to have a lot of faith in physicists to blindly accept every main stream hypothesis that they send down the pike.

Lately, there have been no good questions in the R&S section. I guess its up to me to give a good question to relieve those people who sit around for hours, waiting for a good question.

Now the question:

Explain the dadly sin of sloth. Why is it a deadly sin? If you can, include Scripture.

The most elaborate (and correct) answer will be chosen as the best one.

Have fun!

Even with all the crap and internal conflicts it causes and the delusions and the weirdness, I still think it is the bees' knees.

I'm not quite sure what bees' knees means but I know it is wonderful.

And with that, I'm off to bed.

Rock Star Alice Cooper known for tearing chickens up on stage,
chopping up plastic babies, and some of the bloodies onstage
theatrics in rock music was converted by hellfire and brimstone
and if Hellfire and Brimstone can do that to a rock star it can convert anyone, especially the average Joe.
"He and his wife, Sheryl, attended a church with a "hellfire pastor." Cooper said he became a Christian "initially more out of the fear of God, rather than the love of God ... I did not want to go to hell." Interviewed for HM's March/April issue, Cooper views his faith as "an ongoing thing."

unlike christians, muslims and jews both believe christ wasnt the messiah

also they both pray to the same God and seem to have similar religious morals

I understad mohamed was a great prohphet of the muslim fate, but nontheless they recognize him only as a prophet unlike chrisitans do christ

so fundamentally what is the main difference, seems to me they are very similar but just seem be different in respect with there nationality

Correct me if im wrong, but dont they both respect the Old testament, although muslims take the Quoran in the way christians take the new testament

But isnt the Quaron very similar to the Old testament in any case

What are the main differences ?

If a man takes your loved ones hostage. Then tells you to do whatever he says and if you don't he will kill them. I can clearly choose not to do as he says and they will die, but is it a fair choice? This applies to Christian god too. He is holding our souls hostage forcing us to follow Jesus in order, and if we don't he sends us to a horrible place known as hell. This doens't sound like the loving, caring god I hear christians talk about, it also doesn't even sound like a totally free will. In fact the cost of using that will is hell. The only major difference is the man holding our loved ones didn't say he loves us.
