But they do offer tea and cookies though. Don't be so hard on them...

Because if you don't believe in dieties, period, then it's naturally assumed that you don't believe in evil dieties either. Also, Satan leaves even less evidence of his probable non-existence. God is the important fellow here, not Satan--he's just a silly guy with a pitchfork. But give an atheist some time and they will find ways to disprove Satan as well.

Don't mean to be correcting anyone here but I think the term is non-believer. If I was not a Christian, someone may call me a non-Christian, not a unchristian. Sorry about that.
And, you are right as to what people like the non's do. But what proof do they have that there is no God? I haven't heard anything to convince me yet. And, by the way, they seldom speak of hell or the Devil. Probably a little worry going on there, eh? If I were them I'd be worried too.
Peace

From my opinion, God and Satan go hand in hand. You can't have one without the other. All religions are basically based on a force of good overcoming evil. If the good exists, the evil does too. You can't have one without the other. If there's no god, there isn't an opposing force, Satan either.

well obviously if there's not a whole lot of proof of god then there's not a whole lot of proof of satan either. That's the logic that Atheists use. Which makes sense if you think about it.

There is no Satan. Proof that Satan does not exist?....hmmmmm. I'll have to come up with one. Satan is not as powerful as god and so is less easily disproved.

I don't claim to be able to prove that either god or satan don't exist. I just need solid proof of the existence of either one or both and I haven't seen any yet.

To believe in Satan--you must first believe in a God.No atheists believe in Satan--or any other supernatural beings.Man has created over 8,000 Gods --yet God believers only pick one or two to believe in and reject all the other Gods--which makes them atheists to all the Gods they reject.

Whether or not you want to believe it, Satan is a creation of Christianity. So, if someone doesn't believe in God, then why would they believe in Satan?

Since Satan is a creature made by God, and atheists believe that there is no God, it would seem logical to conclude that if there is no God, he could not have made such creatures as Satan.
