Any Sheila Walsh fans?

Wow!... have read all your answers so far and really, really appreciate the sharing...I don't know ALL the artists named ...but I asked this question so I could learn more and experience more....I intend to check out every last one from this question session over the coming days...their web sites, music...and so on...

Hard to say because I'm losing track of things. Probably my all time christian faves have been the Rhythm Saints, Deitiphobia and Mental Destruction (not the greatest name but they are your bros. in Christ). My all time favorite Christian songs are "Can you Hear Me Now" by Raze (UK version, the watered down US version is awful), "Architekt=X" by Deitiphobia and "Metamorphosis" by Mental Destruction.
The Christian song I've been listening to the most lately is "My Friend" by Imisi (Roots reggae from Tonga).

Among my favorite artists are Yolanda Adams, Kirk Franklin, Hezekiah Walker, Fred Hammond, all of the Winans, Mary Mary, Coko, J Moss, Shekinah Glory Ministries.
My favorite song is a toss up between Yes by Shekinah Glory, Your Will by Darius Brooks or Endow Me by Coko ft Fantasia, Faith and Lil Mo.

I think my favorite is probably "Let It Rain" by Michael W. Smith.
Yes, I like Sheila Walsh also. I have had the pleasure of seeing her in person at a conference in Minneapolis/St. Paul three years ago. Great voice and a great sense of humor.

Not really a gospel singer, more an opera singer, but when you hear Jessye Norman sing "Amazing Grace" - WOW!
A really moving gospel number for me is "Maybe God Is Tryin' To Tell You Somethin'". It was that rousing song sung in the movie "The Color Purple", where the character Shrug Avery, who's a gin joint singer, reunites with her father, who is a preacher. The singer of that version is Tata Vega.

My fave bands are; a million)weapons n' Roses 2)Scorpions 3)RHCP 4)Nickelback and a lil little bit of Boston... yet my fave singer... is for confident Axl Rose(weapons n' Roses) , and Anthony Kiedis(RHCP) and the singer of Scorpions..;)) nicely.. i even have lots of FAVERITE songs from weapons and soem of Scorpions.. and that i reall won't be able to %. one..!!

Had to come back and tell you I streamed "Amazed" and bought the whole album "You Raise Me Up"??!! Many Thanks!! Don't get me wrong!! I Love Aerosmith Too!! And I got to see The Rolling Stones do the first comeback tour in Dallas (had to cry!!) Much Love Friend!!

I love gospel music. It is too hard for me to just pick one, but if my life depended on it, I would have to say that John P. Kee is one of my favorites. When I first discovered gospel music, it was listening to Andre' Crouch that did it for me. I can't begin to choose a favorite song, though.

Anything from Jars of Clay, they are a fantastic band and the message is clear. I also like Switchfoot, and Hillsong for their worship music.
