Could you give me some verses in the bible that talk about these things: "The secret things that belong to the Lord.", "Ignorant and unstable people destroy themselves by distorting Scripture", "What God has revealed to us is for our obdience, not our curiosity.", "God expects those who handle Scripture to study hard and be diligent." & "The unredeemed person, or unbeliever, cannot understand spiritual things." if you even have a site where there is a bible concordance or anything that also would be helpful thank you very much & have a nice day :)

For example, I live in Connecticut. Let’s say I do not believe that the City of Los Angeles exists or the State of California. Me not believing it does not make the city or state go away. Is it just our circumstances in life that sways us to not believing on God? People look around and see that person’s mother die, this person’s sister die. But when that person’s father/mother/friend dies, then they say Why would God do this to me? It was life when they saw another person’s family member or friend die but when it happens to them there is no God or they stop believing.

In Catholicism sexuality in marriage is to give couples an intimate way to express their love and bringing new life into the world. If a couple learns they are infertile, would sex then be sinful since its sole purpose would be for pleasure?

Because if so god intended there to be pain and suffering in the world which isn't very benevolent of him is it? Before you go on about how it's all our fault and sin and rubbish consider that if as you say the world was created by an omniscient god then god created the world knowing full well creating it in the way he did would lead to a world the way it did meaning he wanted it to be this way. Naturally none of this is relevant as god simply isn't real. Say no to jesus.

I have been given a wonderful oppertunity to work at a Tibetan Buddhist Monastary in Northern Californa. I'm from the East Coast, born and raised in Massachusetts, so It would mean leaving my family, and friends, and going out to find myself. I would have food, shelter, and work. The pay is very minimal, as it is a voulenteer job, but the experience could be life changing. I'm too scared to take the make the next move..What should I do.?????

I have always been non-religous, and I have this question for all these religous people who like answering questions. Why should I worship a god if no "divine intervention" has been placed my way? What could I, or anyone else be possibly gaining or learning from my worship? Does anyone have any proof that there might be a heaven other then in a Bible? Seems like a lot of guesswork and speulation to me. Plz dont just say "god rules" or something, put some thought in the question. =D

Christians, why do you place the word of the authors the Bible above that of the word of God? The authors of the Bible claim that Jesus (pbuh) was the "Son of God" but Jesus himself never said that. In fact, while spreading the word of God, Jesus told you to worship only Him and none other, yet you disobey that word and worship Jesus as a God himself. Why?

The bible is obviously written by primitive human beings.....I am not denying that God exists, but i question why people have to be so illogical and follow a primitive book that obviously was written by man and is not the word of God. For instance, everyone says that God is benevolent and kind and that he forgives all, yet the old testament (and even parts of the new testament) show him being a sadistic, unkind, unforgiving being! It is a BOOK written by men who gave God human characteristics.......Why do you follow it?????? Why follow illogic?

If we listened to the bible, we'd all still be living on a flat world with hell just below us and heaven somewhere to the left of the moon.
