It's not algebra
It's not calculus
It not 2x3 divided 666 and minus square root of blueberry pie
It's not hard
It's not complicated
You could say God made it quit simple
All you have to do is believe in your heart the Jesus is God,Jesus can save you,and Jesus can answer prayer

Is it cuase it seems to simple and your use to analyzing and over analyzing everything?

John 20:29-Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.

The Jesus you speak of is the Son of God....whom YOU will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face on Judgement day.
I might suggest that you take care with what you say about Jesus, the Living God, if only in jest.
You will have to answer for your words at that time.

"But I say unto you that every idle word that men shall speak,
they shall give account of it in the day of judgement.
For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words
thou shalt be condemned."
The words of Jesus Christ

If the Bible were really the word of a perfect, all-powerful God, one would reasonably expect it to be superlative in every respect--accurate, clear, concise, and consistent. The following references provide just a few of the reasons why the bible is not credible, and causes confusion, chaos, and the inability to discern God, morality, faith, or love.

GE 6:6. EX 32:14, NU 14:20, 1SA 15:35, 2SA 24:16 God does change his mind.
NU 23:19-20, 1SA 15:29, JA 1:17 God does not change his mind.

1JN 3:6-9 Christians become righteous (or else they are not really Christians).
RO 3:10, 3:23, 1JN 1:8-10 No one was or is righteous.

MT 26:52 Dispose of swords. All who take the sword will perish by it.
LK 22:36-38 Buy swords.

NU 11:33 God inflicts sickness.
JB 2:7 Satan inflicts sickness.

DT 30:11-20 It is possible to keep the law.
RO 3:20-23 It is not possible to keep the law.

MK 3:29 Blasphemy is an unforgivable sin.
AC 13:39, CN 2:13, 1JN 1:9 All sins are forgiveable

Please name one flaw. I garantee that you will not find a single one.

I have proof that the quran and the prophet mohamed had no flaws.

Would your death be natural, unique, sacrificial, destructive, what?
Would you want to die fighting or protecting something? If so what
Would you want it painful, quick, or not even noticed?
What force would you like to deal you in; a weapon, a disease, yourself?

It appears that "most" Americans want a US pullout from Iraq immediately or within months. that is not wise at all, instead that would be inviting terrorists to win. Do you have any understanding at all of radical Islam? Ignorance is not bliss, it will bring trouble.

Seriously... what evidence do we have that incontrivertably proves that any god/s do or do not exist? As far as I can tell there is no evidence whatsoever to support a statement of I KNOW god/s do/dont exist.

How can we claim the right to absolute knowledge when such knowledge does not exist?

I do not claim the right to say "I KNOW" I only claim the right to say "I BELIEVE" and I also claim the right of everyone else on this planet to BELIEVE in whatever they want to...

What I dont understand is how anyone has the right to say they KNOW something which has not been conclusively proven either way.

My answer to this question is yes and no.

It depends on how you define the word "religion".

If you set up a definition of it where the only real requirements are that you have a philosophy that tries to explain life and death and our place in the universe, then yes, atheism is a religion.

If, however, you choose to include the requirement that it has to have a positive belief in some sort of god or gods, then no, atheism is not a religion.

It all depends on how you define that word that humans have invented.

We're not dealing with universal truth when it comes to that definition. We're dealing with semantics.

What do you think?
