Are God's enemies using scripture as Satan did to tempt Christ?

I actually taught on God's enemies today. Checking the scripture...our enemy is the same as God's...satan. He using people, systems, or powers will twist, warp, lie, cheat ....any way he can to turn the truth to un-truth. That is why we all should always test the spirits and verify all teachings with the Word of God.
To answer your question.....a resounding YES

Oh and to one of your commentators....Christians are all about finding the TRUTH....we not only can handle it. We embrace it.

Yes, new Age movements fall into this category. The secrecy in the New Age movements and the use of cryptic symbols ensures that the "ascended masters" in the know can continue to fool those who are genuinely interested in spirituality and have been disappointed by Christians at one time and are looking for a "new" interpretation, an interpretation that is in reality as old as the serpent's lie. The perversion of Christ in the New Age movement is an example of this.

The avatars of the New Age say that HUMANITY is God, and that there is no death. Barbara Hubbard states the creed of the Serpent succinctly: "We are immortal. We are not bound by the limits of the body" and "We can create new life forms and new worlds. We are gods!" Walsch, who claims in his best-selling book to converse directly with "God" says the same: "Trust God. Or if you wish, trust yourself, for THOU ART GOD." The "God" with whom Walsch converses denies death, saying, "There is no 'death.' Life goes on forever and ever. Life Is. You simply change form." Bailey said, "WE ARE ALL GODS...." These avatars repeat the lies that the Devil told in Eden: "YOU WILL NOT DIE. For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened and you will be like God..." (Gen. 3:4-5). As a devotee of Walsch's recently told the Washington Post, "We discovered the God within.... That's why we need God. Because WE ARE GOD."

The UN "spiritual ambassadors" are all New-Agey and churches today have their fair share of ignorant "Christians" who turn to Reiki, crystals, psychics who pretend to be Christians who undermine the church from within. Make no mistake, the assault is accelerating once again from the new Gnostics. They use partial truths in order to sell you a larger falsehood, claiming that the Bible says we are God.

not only do they twist scripture, and use the bible as a weapon agasint the people they hate...but they actually attempt to further their hate agenda with scripture. the hundreds of different christian denominations cannot even agree on how the bible is to be interpreted or how to worship!!

the unbelievers, mostly unwitting servants of Satan, will use any ploy to warp or deny God's Truth.
the thought that God might exist scares them to death.
but, what will they do when Jesus comes?
