Its fine... Just being with a girl/boy friend is better as have somone emotions to snuggle up with and be with after.

If by wanking you mean masturbating, then it is very normal and healthy for you. It's the only 100% safe sex method.

I have to ask back...why is this under the religion heading.
Most churches would avoid this topic but when face with it would discourage the practice. Although there is no biblical stand against it, nor for it....the discourage comes from the reason behind the act. What is the motive, to relieve tension based on sexual fantasy or merely feeling good.
Physically, there is no proven benefit to masturbation.
My answer, check your motives and act accordingly

I am sure I heard somewhere that the bible admonishes those who spill their seed upon the ground. Is this a euphemism for "spanking the Monkey".

Very very very bad for you - it leads to blindness, insanity and your palms will get hairy - my friend Ian from Blackpool knows all about that, he has to shave his palms daily!!!!!!
