i have found the star of david, and the menorah. what others are there

For Hanukkah there is also the dreidel, the little four-sided top. There is also the Hebrew letter, "Chai", which symbolizes health. The Star of David and the menorah are the most common Jewish symbols, along with the double scrolls of the Torah.

Some less common symbols are a red string tied on the left wrist (it's a mystic thing), and the Hebrew letter that carries the "sh" sound (this letter, the first letter of the Shma prayer, is often called the Shma). Some people like to wear a small mezzuza (case carrying certain passages from the Torah).

I don't think there is much else.

There is the symbol of a U inside a circle which you will find on the labels of some kosher foods. That mark is a trademark of Orthodox Union, which is one of the groups that will certify that a food product has been prepared in accordance with the kosher laws. So it isn't a mark or symbol of all jews, just a mark usen by a particular group of jews.
