The bible applies the adjective "holy" to itself; true Christians (such as Jehovah's Witnesses) do not worship the bible.
(Romans 1:2) "holy Scriptures"
(2 Timothy 3:15) "holy writings"

Jesus never takes the place of Jehovah for true Christians (such as Jehovah's Witnesses).
Veneration of the cross is a form of idolatry; cross-worship is rejected by true Christians (such as Jehovah's Witnesses).
It would be a mistake to assume that every piece of art must be a worshipped religious icon; sadly, many depictions of Jesus are used by false Christians in idolatrous false worship.
The Jewish sabbath was from sundown Friday evening to sundown Saturday evening; Christianity does not require any observance of the sabbath.
The bible teaches Christians to pray with the right motive; the vast majority of prayer would be a personal matter between a Christian and the Creator. A true Christian could rightly pray aloud on behalf of a congregated group of Christians, but these prayers would represent a tiny fraction of the Christian's prayers and he would be careful to do so with the right motives.

(Matthew 6:5-8) Also, when YOU pray, YOU must not be as the hypocrites; because they like to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the broad ways to be visible to men. Truly I say to YOU, They are having their reward in full. 6 You, however, when you pray, go into your private room and, after shutting your door, pray to your Father who is in secret; then your Father who looks on in secret will repay you. 7 But when praying, do not say the same things over and over again, just as the people of the nations do, for they imagine they will get a hearing for their use of many words. 8 So, do not make yourselves like them

The bible, the koran, the torah, have become the idolas of religion, this is a true statement. Such books which are called holy, are not living breathing entities! they are lifeless incorrectly translated, works of men that have been altered or just plainly adulterated words that mean very little under the occupation of evil men.
Idolatry is NOT just having a statue. Moses lifted the "brazen" serpent. if moses followed the TRUE and living God of Abraham and Abraham Knew God, the eternal Father, than i would suggest that not a single christian on EARTH knows who God really is.
The bible itself is an idol. the koran is an idol that proclaims the words of God but false teachers are led to the sins of idolatry and fanaticism.
as far as the sabbath being saturday, well! the muslims call Friday the sabbath.
In the gospel of mark ch2 it clearly says that the son of man is the lord of the sabbath. Do NOT proclaim to the world you are correct in all things because you worship on the SABBATH. this is an idolatry by itself. the first christians worshipped on the first day of the week and changed the sabbath to be the LORD day because Jesus changed it, to his DAY OF REST. not the world.
as for TEACHING christian to pray in the closet! He said God will reward the prayers in secret. But he never did command that people pray NOT in the church or in the public. If you pray in the church be sincere and full of faith, if you pray in the public places, you will have your reward in this life. Pray honestly he says. but he never say pray not at all.

Christianity itself goes agianst its own doctorine. Most christians exault the Bible to God status, then deny doing so. Christianity says you have to go through the son to get to the father, yet it goes agianst the ten commandments, that were SUPPOSEDLY laid out by Moses, No wonder the Jews are mad at the christians, they think, rather rightly, that christians are a bunch of ignorant closed minded sheep that cant see thier bible for the greatest deciet known to man, and if the *devil* or whatever demon creature they want to condemn was such a big father of lies, could there be even the faintest possiblity that it was he and not God that inspired the bible? Yes the cross is a graven image, and then they assault Hindus for thier statues, hypocrites.

Personally prayer doesnt do a thing, and studies show it actually harms people, ive heard of people recovering from strokes, heart attacks, cancer, etc actually got worse from prayer, but christians dont really care that thier prayer doesnt work now do they? They would rather remain ignorant because they believe that they are right, and everyone else can go to hell.

Jehovah is another name for God. Wearing a cross isn't idolatry it is a sign of faith. No Christian worships a statue or a painting - we just look at them and think they are nice just like anyone else.
You can pray any where as long as you are praying for the right reason and the wrong reason is to impress other people
Saturday or Sunday - just worship.

God is the same God, no matter what name he goes by.

People should not worship the Bible (I know some of them do).

Jesus is either part of God (Trinity), is God (Oneness), is God's son and one way or the other we get to God through him. When I get to heaven I will ask which he prefers.

None of the things you list is idolatry. Jesus taught us how to pray in public, there were no churches at the time. A cross or a crucifix is just jewelry. As far as I know, having a picture of statue of Jesus, or an angel, or whatever, is not a sin in any way.

Please do not feel you need to worry about what I do. I have that covered just fine.

Jesus is NOT God, and he never took the place of God. At John 17:3, he called his Father, Jehovah, the ONLY true God. He also said at John 14:28: "The Father is greater than I am." He always submitted himself to his Father. At John 5:19, Jesus said: The Son cannot do a single thing of his own initiative, but only what he beholds the Father doing. For whatever that One does, these things the Son also does in like manner."

False Christians are deeply involved in idolatry. They use the cross in their worship, even though the cross is a pagan symbol that predates Christianity by thousands of years. They pray to Mary and the "saints" instead of directing their prayers to Jehovah through his Son. Those who do this are not true Christians.

The Bible is holy since it came from God, but Christians do not worship it.

"No sooner do we gain some slight knowledge of God from looking at the world, than we turn from the true God and set up in his place an imaginary vision from our own brain. We draw the worship of justice, wisdom and goodness away fromthe fountainhead, transferring it elsewhere". So said John Calvin.

Keep on asking those questions about idolatry, friend. It's good to know someone is deeply troubled about this sin, but just keep your eyes more on your self than on what other people do. On the Day of Judgment we will not be asked to account for what other people did!

One question at a time please. Didn't the bible teach Christians to pray in their closets and not in church? Some prayer should be private Lucifer is the god of this world and Lucifer doesn't need to hear everything. Re 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. WOE to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down UNTO you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. Re 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and SATAN, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

You know the answer to that already. The pagans converted their religion to Christianity with those symbols and statues, and Holidays. However Jesus said that his father is above him, and most Christians don't want to admit that Jesus said he was one with God, but didn't claim to be God. That's why they say the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost because all of us reunite those 3 in us, and that's what Jesus was here to show us.

1. no, the Bible is the Holy Word of the Living God. All things of God are Holy.
2. Jesus cannot take the place of God just as you cannot take the place of yourself. Jesus Christ IS God.
3.Christians wear the cross to remind all that Jesus died there for YOUR sins.....nothing more.
the cross is not an idol. that is pure foolishness.
4.neither are depictions of Jesus. more foolishness.
5.to the Jews the sabbath is saturday, to the Christians it is sunday. Of what import is that?
6.some Christians do pray in closets, prayer rooms and some pray in the shower, the car.....
