Yes, if a carnal bride who only lives up to 90 years, and after 30 she will start to have wrinkles. But the bridegroom is the everlasting Prince of Peace and the King of kings and Lord of lords. To Him a thousand years is like a day, and a day is like a thousand years. And that Bridegroom is sure to come soon, for the signs He told that will appear just before His return are fast being fulfilled to the last one. The mansions He is preparing is soon ready too, and His promise in John 14:1-3 will be a reality to the dismay of the scoffers and mockers. While the we will rejoice and shout with joy at His appearance on the clouds of heaven to take us back to the City of New Jerusalem, you will also shout, but to the rocks to hide you from the face of the Judge of the Universe, because you have been worshipping your ancestors the King of Kongs instead of the King of kings, and believed that it was the Sun who started life, instead of the Son. What do you say to that?

Why if you feel there is so much proof for chance is evolution still a theory, How close are you to it being fact? 150 years and still no jump from one spices to another none found not one in all the millions of fossils not one single fact found for this. Conjecture sure but that dose not work, feel free to suggest it but the truth is if they had proof it would not still be a theory. I once believed evolution was the truth but now after my education, coming from a statistical math background, I don’t understand how people don’t see the impossibility in chance for life. If you look at it from a math background the time the earth has been here, as we know it, it’s not even worth a drop in the bucket for the time required for chance to create life. In fact the time the universe has been here is still a far cry from the time required. Evolution is logical just so ridiculously mathematically improbable it makes belief in God seem trivial.

I'm sorry, I just want to point out that there is a guy in the religion section who believes that a man should be able to FORCE a woman to carry an unwanted pregnancy to term, and then the government should force her to pay him child support so he can raise the baby.

Does anyone else believe this is appropriate?

I'm pretty sure I'm Atheist, But, if 'god' is real, I honestly HATE HIM...so, is that a religion?

2007-01-07 14:38:36 · 21 answers · asked by Anonymous

I know many atheists, and many of them will repeat "Oh, my God" and "Jesus Christ!" and "Go to hell", etcetera, even though they're atheist.

Why does our anti-God culture still use this religious profane language today? Are we too lazy to come up with anything else or..? As an atheist, why would you use those terms?

In my experience I have found that those who do support the death penalty do not support abortion. I have also found that those who do support abortion do not support the death penalty.

This seems like quite the contradiction: if you are morally (or religiously- as I have found that many people for the death penalty are somewhat religious) opposed to abortion shouldn't you also be opposed to the death penalty and vice versa? Thoughts?

What on earth, what in the universe, and outside of it all, what in existence would there be out there if there was no such thing as existence? Nothing will exist, and nothing is something, but existence will not be there if nothing in the world existed.

Yes, I may have confused you right now with my confusing sentences, but it also confuses me. You can't really explain it in words or hands or any other way of communication. Maybe a motion picture, but who would try to take all the work to do that?

The thought is stuck in my head and it is driving me insane. How on earth do I block the thought and think of something else more important before my head decides to suddenly have a spontaneous combustion like in that popular South Park episode?

Thank you.
