I can imagine God getting a pedicure, sitting there talking to the Asian lady like this:

God: "Can you believe that there are actually people who say I don't exist?"
Asian Lady: "NO WAY! Thats absolutely insane..."
God: "Yeah I know, you would think that their very own existance and that of the universe would be enough, but nooooo..."
