In Luke 17:20,21, Jesus says "the kingdom of God is within you. I want to know can you tell me what is the Kingdom of God and is what Jesus is talking about in this verse the same thing as Heaven; the prepared place for a prepared people.

The Kingdom of God exists whenever and wherever the Holy Spirit accepts an invitation to dwell within a human soul.

The Kingdom of God is not like an earthly kingdom with geographical boundaries, instead it begins with the work with the work of God's Spirit in people's lives, and in relationships. Still today we must resist looking to institutions or programsfor evidence of the progress of God's Kingdom. Instead we need to look for what God is doing in people's hearts.

Luke 17:21, KJ: “Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you [also TEV, Dy; but “among you,” KJ margin, NE, JB; “in the midst of you,” RS; “in your midst,” NW].” (Notice that, as shown by verse 20, Jesus was speaking to the Pharisees, whom he also denounced as hypocrites, so he could not have meant that the Kingdom was in their hearts. But the Kingdom as represented by Christ was in their midst. Thus The Emphatic Diaglott reads: “God’s royal majesty is among you.”)

Righteous and true are your ways, King of eternity. Who will not really fear you, Jehovah, and glorify your name, because you alone are loyal? For all the nations will come and worship before you, because your righteous decrees have been made manifest.”

Adam and Eve.
They ate (assimilated or consumed knowledge) from the tree of knowledge of good and evil (Satan).
That's why God said;
Gen 3:22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
We all must eat (assimilate or consume knowledge) of the tree of life (Jesus Christ), to live for ever.
