a man born to a jewish mother but born without a foreskin must still go through a circumcision ritual where a small amount of blood is drawn from the area. even without this, if your mother is jewish, you are jewish, but the ritual is an important part of cementing that.

Well you can't prove it because Judaism is a religion and a culture, not a race/ethnicity. foreskin is cut off when a baby is 8 days old. If someone was born without one, then I guess we have a new branch of evolution (or a genetic mutation, whatever you like to call it). According to most religions, if your mother was [insert religion] then so are you, but it's a custom, not a genetic rule. It's really up to you to decide if you want to be Jewish, because some guys have their foreskins cut off for health reasons.

Jews are born with foreskins like everyone else. Err, males anyway. In Old Testament times, a gentile (non-jew) could undergo circumcision, the same operation the Jews did, and he would be considered a Jew as long as he lived with them and followed their laws. Today the Mosaic law is no longer in effect, and Jews and Gentiles are equals in the eyes of God anyway, so there's no reason for a Gentile to try to "become a Jew". Which would be impossible, it's like trying to "become an African." (Don't try to refute me with Michael Jackson, his DNA and race hasn't changed even if he looks different.)
So basically if one of your parents was of the Jewish ethnicity, you are too, or at least partly. If not, your not. Orthodox Judaism still allows gentiles to convert to the religion, but I don't know if they make older persons get circumcised. Even being born with a built-in circumcision, I doubt they would consider that an automatic conversion - you would have to make a voluntary choice.

having no foreskin does not make you a jew. being born to a jewish mother makes you a jew. since you can't show with any certainty that your mother was jewish, you would have to convert to judaism in order to be considered a jew.

It makes you an alien. Book of ENKI sez although in his image we still had the monkey trait. After mixing a little more of his own DNA his son Noah and Shem born without. In order to hide us from brother ENLIL we clipped it.Yes, Lord ENKI slept with Noah's Mom and his wife while perfecting our DNA
