regarding the TAO. do you think that taoism and confucianism complement each other? why or why not?

God is doing a great work in me and I have learned to frogive all who have harmed me and I recently let go of all the bitterness hurt and resentment as well. I am constantly talking and praying to the Lord on a ongoing basis.

Now where do I go from here? How can I use my testimony and instances to help bless, encurage and minister to others? What is the next step or level in my christian faith? How have you overcame harsh osbstacles and thank you for your answers and God bless you.

Recently I've become really good friends with a girl who is a Hasidic Jew and with her brother, but my parents (we're Christian) rant and rave at me every night about it and what a 'terrible influence' they're having on me. They seem to think I have a crush on the boy (NOT true), and they are on the point of banning me from ever getting to hang out with them. And that's not cool, because I want them to feel free to come over to my house whenever they want and not have to deal with how rude my parents are to them. What can I do to make my parents accept my friendship with them and to let us hang out??

i have nothing against the bible, in fact i read it alot because it brings inspiration and hope, but if you approach it in a more objective way, is it really accurate-perse? the bible was made from a compilation of many authors during the time of Constantine. Im not privy to the details, but if your interested, its was featured in Discovery Channel, where they talked about the origins of the bible.

He is a Christian ....but is it possible that this person is a distraction, or should I continue to carry on this relationship?
