Are you really ready for that answer?

As god was planning his trip; deciding what to wear, what to pack, and which route to take, into his laboratory walked Satan the cynic. Satan was actually an angel.

Angels were sophisticated robots; who never died, not because they had eternal life, but simply because they were machines capable of manufacturing and replacing their own worn out parts.

Satan was a unique angel in that he had been built prior to the evolution that removed criminal and begrudging thoughts from the human mind. That alone would not have made Satan unique. However, Satan was also a bio-transfer angel; his hard drive, virtual memory, and logic center had been infused with both DNA and cortex matter from the brain of his builder, Professor Harry H. McKnuttly.

In short, Satan had the ability to lie, cheat, steal, murder, and begrudge people. His builder was not a criminal or a known begrudger. However, Professor McKnuttly, and thus, vicariously, Satan had the ability under certain conditions or stimuli to do dastardly things.

Ironically, Professor McKnuttly's only crime was that he had been born too soon; prior to the evolution that removed criminal distractions.

Satan would have been destroyed long ago except for the law of usability and functional worthiness. Actually, Satan,

What blows your mind - that the devil exists, the one called Satan and deceiver or the fact that people do believe in him as much as they believe in God ? Let's put it this way - the devil is far far smarter and more cunning and ancient than you are and if he does not want you to believe he exists, that is easy too. You don't need to visualize someone with a tail and horns, but his actions are visible worldwide, and more so now in this age. Even the end to which these actions are ordered is clear and not difficult to comprehend.

I dont believe in satan or the devil. However I believe in god or some higher being. There is some sort of higher being but I dont believe in living my life in fear of either the 'devil' or 'god'. You should live your life treating other people the way you want to be treated and learn from you experiences. Then whether if there is a god or devil you lived your life the way you wanted to and are happy at the end of it.

It blows my mind the way some people ask yes or no questions with the intention of reacting strongly to an answer that is not like their belief. If I say I do and you don't, then I'm an ignoramus. If I say I don't and you do, then I'm a hardened sceptic that has no idea of spiritual realities. Which answer will you accept? (I say this because of the way you introduce your question).

what blows your mind? That some people actually have the intellectual capacity of NOT believing in a old bearded man in the sky that supposedly wants you to worship him or condemns you to "eternal fire"?
C'mon sweets, you've GOT to be kiddin'!

Who?

A personification of evil that lets people off the hook by taking the blame for their wrong actions?

Or do you mean the evil twin God?

Nope.

Not any way you describe it.
