Well I was wondering you know how in the bible it says sucide will instantly cast you to hell what happens if you had to suicide like its either you get a rope or sleeve and hang yourself (you will get lightheaded and fall asleep while suffocating and die) before being brutally beaten, cut, electricuted and burnt?

Would a religious person want to go through with intense pain to get into heaven or a quick way out to keep the pain away but go to hell what do you think?

Im just curious

They are many religions all preching about God - Heaven and Hell but no one can prove that he is real. You go by books and scriptures which could have been created by anyone with high inelligence. They are so many flaws and contridictions in the bible so why do you continue to belive? I mean, why not workship fairys at the bottom of the Garden.
Surely the bible was written to explain a question that cannot be answered on how Earth, Man, Women was created and to make us all behave better!

This is the situation. I became minister of music at my church in September of 2005 after the previous minister of music retired. The choir was not receptive to me being there, even though I've been playing there since 2001. They were just so used to the previous minister of music. Anyway, in the year and 4 months that I've had the job, the choir is gotten bad. It's not so much about me, but there are people on the choir who need to be put off the choirs because of their smart comments to each other that hurt peoples' feelings. They try telling me what the notes are in choir rehearsal and they're wrong. They don't respect me or the choir president. The worst part about it is the pastor of the church keeps saying that we should just ignore the people. There are a lot of bad feelings in the choir, and my strongest members are ready to quit. I just don't feel like God is in this choir, and I don't know what to do. I don't get any respect from the choir or help from the pastor.

The seventh commandment, "You shall not steal” teaches us that we should respect other people’s possessions; and not to take other peoples belongings without their consent. Why is this an important message for today's world? and Why is this message a challenge to today's culture and values?

The translation of the bible was young woman not virgin. also the bible hints that Mary was raped by a Roman soldier in the book of matthew.
read this article under section called rape:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/religion/religions/christianity/history/virginmary_4.shtml
There was an ancient legend from the Jewish side that Mary was the victim of a rape. They even gave us the name of the Roman soldier who was supposed to have carried out this rape, a man called Panthera, which apparently was quite a common name for Roman soldiers.
