yes they live in fear, they risk their lives if they question the Quran, Islam or muslim religious authorities.

Oh we certainly do, but others just don't listen! I get so many thumbs down whether or not I condemn terrorism as long as it shows that I'm a Muslim myself.
When one Muslim does or says a bad thing Islam is scandalized, but when it's a good or beneficial thing it's hushed up and treated as a secret for some reason. As if people have already formed their idea about Islam and Muslims and afraid of changing it or something. It's really not fair.

Because all the conferences and rallies the American Arab Center does here in NYC is not good enough to be put on the news. If it has anything to do with Muslims in a good light the media simply wont air it. I went to a conference on Dec 06 which was speaking against terrorisim and explaining to people that in Islam you are not allowed to kill innocent people (who are in a peaceful way with you). But did I see one camera there to air it on television? No. It didn't even appear on the news in NYC, why would anyone else in the US see it?

What about all the violence inflicted by Christians? The many murders in Northern Ireland. The sectarian killings by Christians in Beirut, Palestine and many, many countries around the world!!!
When are the Christians going to stand up and speak out against it?

I never see the Christian population standing up against the Christian violence throughout history.
Most Muslims would be killed in the middle east if they "condemned" it. If Christians were told to support or be killed, I'm sure that the MAJORITY of the religion that isn't completely extreme (like the few that are extreme Muslims) would keep quietly to themselves.

They may be afraid to condemn the violence because this would attract the attention of those doing the violence.
