did you have a stroke?
the muscles on one side of the face can become paralyzed and have no strength to hold up that side of the face.
the mole could be just a birth mark, it could also be a public sign that you are a sex slave. but thats usually on the cheek.

It tells you that your left eye is larger than your right and you have a mole underneath your lower lip.
Don't look for some "philosophical meaning" or revelation behind it.

That your eyes are different sizes and you should have a doctor look at that mole if you haven't yet.

Nothing of any importance. Very few people are symmetrically orbed, and most people have some sort of moles.
