Every time I debate with a Christian and they get cornered, they pull out the faith card.

In other words, they have no answers and they're basicly dumbing down in the name of God

Can homosexuality be explained as a actual moral dilemma to humanity or is the only logical way to call it a sin is to say "because god says it is a sin.

whenever it is argued so feverenty here in america it seems like all they say is that is a sin and against faith. It seems like they are only saying "'cause god said so."

what human harm does it do?

Strange, given that poverty is a huge reason women have abortions.
Strange, given that Jesus' whole mission was about helping the poor and had nothing to do with keeping gays from marrying or stopping abortion.
A shame, because republicans use these issues to gain power and enact policies that hurt the poor.

All the sales are "holiday sales" all the parties and gatherings are "holiday parties", the parades that used to be the Christmas parades are now the holiday parade.....)Which 'holiday' sale is it, which 'holiday' party is it......society is getting farther and farther away from the reason for the season, that's why it's important that our children know that Jesus is the reason for the season.

Since he turned the teaching of Yeshua ibn Yosuf ( A great reformest Jewish Rabbi) into a pagen based Latin religion, stripping away it's heritage through centuries of anti-semetic rhetoric and re-writes of historic events.
Yeshua truly is the Messiah, and the Son of God, but Constitine alone is primarily responsible for the majority of His people to view His teachings with the bitter taste of persecution. Remember all the original Christians were Jews.

WAIT! Don't answer if you're just going to say "nothing at all could ever ever ever ever seperate me from the love of Jesus."

Go hypothetical. (By that I mean, be honest - if Jesus himself showed up with an AK-47 and mowed down a town full of orphanages -- you would stop following Him.) So what would it take for you?

Revelation, chapter 7
1: After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds of the earth, that no wind might blow on earth or sea or against any tree.
Revelation, chapter 20
8: and will come out to deceive the nations which are at the four corners of the earth, that is, Gog and Magog, to gather them for battle; their number is like the sand of the sea.

2 Timothy 2:15
Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. Growing up as a child I always heard you can't be perfect, God destroys and I never thought much about it until I really started studying. I have prayed to God to reveal to me his Bible truths and he has so clearly revealed it to me.Bible text can contradict themselves read the verses below.
ch10:
13So Saul died for his transgression which he committed against the LORD, even against the word of the LORD, which he kept not, and also for asking counsel of one that had a familiar spirit, to enquire of it;
14And enquired not of the LORD: therefore he slew him, and turned the kingdom unto David the son of Jesse.
1 Chronicles 10:4-6
4Then said Saul to his armourbearer, Draw thy sword, and thrust me through therewith; lest these uncircumcised come and abuse me. But his armourbearer would not; for he was sore afraid. So Saul took a sword, and fell upo

Please explain this commandment to me. I do not uderstand exactly what "honor" means here. I mean, what if a child's parents are abusive? Does this commandment still apply? I guess some would say that it is a rule from God and applies no matter what. However, what do you think? In an abusive situation (mental, physical, or sexual) how can a child honor his/her parents?

I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR ABOUT WHICH IS RIGHT OR ANYTHING OPINIONAL PLEASE!!!

This is not a question seeking out religious help. I know that I am a Christian. For personal research, I truly want to know some differences between Christian and Muslim principles.
KEEP READING PLEASE!
I don't want to hear that one will get you to Heaven and one won't or one is noble and pure and one is full of lies.
Please just tell me the difference between their rules, their laws and their practices. FOR EXAMPLE, Christians are allowed to drink, but Muslims aren't. If you could be so kind as to direct me to an accurate website-no books please, I need this information today-or tell me from personal experience.
Already being a Christian I know plenty of Christian principles, so I wouldn't mind if you only know about Muslims and can't compare them.
PLEASE KEEP READING!
I just need to know about Muslims so I can compare it with Christianity. Thanks so much if you read this! And thanks for answering!

The sixth commandment, "You shall not commit adultery” teaches us that we should realize the unity of the family unit; respect the gift of sexuality God has given you; stay committed to one woman; respect other people dignity; and respect the 2 purposed of sex which are procreation and to show love. Why is this an important message for today's world? and Why is this message a challenge to today's culture and values?
