Is this strictly for research, or is this for a "real" personal problem?
If for research, Jewish folklore talks about a "dybbick" which is the term for succubus. Gnostic and apocryphal texts mention Adam's first wife Lilith (yes, before Eve) becoming a succubus.
If you or a loved one think they may be dealing with one, take a good hard look at exactly what you are dealing with. Is it a flesh-and-blood person? Or more tradionally, a spirit that invades your dreams? Some say that nocturnal emissions are caused by succubi, but I wouldn't worry if that is the only issue. If it is draining your psyche, or something to that effect, then you need to examine the thoughts that you are harboring day-to-day, and consider that you may be unconsiously attracting that sort of crap into your life. Take responsibility for your reality and you will be free.

According to Demonbusters.com, the general things you can do is to pray the prayers that are applicable listed in the Spiritual Warfare Prayer Catalog, have a priest bless the house, have the people who live in the house live good and pure lives, etc.
There is nothing special about a succubus. It is just another demon. Most demons specialize on some aspect, the succubus specializing on sexual issues.

When I was about 8 years old I had 'people' that would visit me. There was only one at firs. It seemed lonely, tired and needing a place to stay. It sort of stayed with me at night. In my body.
I won't go into details of what happened to me in those visits, but they would come throughout my young life periodically, into my adult life.
When I was 24 I gave myself to Jesus Christ. They tried to get into me at that time, but God's Spirit chased them away, and I am here telling you about it.
I don't know if you are serious or not. Typically, we kind of close up, knowing that most peop-le would just dismiss the event as some kind of insanity. If that's all it was, then that was what was chased away. I win either way, due to the Holy Spirit.
I found out later, after becoming Christian, that Jesus gave us power over those kinds of things for faith.
So, in trusting Him, He sends Hid Spirit into us (Christians) and we become an indwelling of His Spirit. Jesus sent demonic things out of people when He was on the earth, and He continues to do these things, even today.
You have to trust God through Jesus Christ in order to get out of this problem. There is no other way.
Read the Bible, put away your suspicions, and humble yourself to learn things.
Now if what I heard about Succubus is true, you are very tired. You must lean on God in order to regian your strength.
That's the only way.

I think that if you actually knew what a succubus was, and you had one toying with you, you'd be too addicted to want it to leave.

Find a Spirit filled Christian, and have him take authority over the demonic spirit, and if he has discernment he will know what to speak to, commanding it to leave in Jesus Name!
