Good question. The God of the Holy bible is a God of love, mercy and grace. He is a God of Goodness and a God without sin. Man quarrels about the wars and killings that take place and try to label God as being two faced or something. The obvious is in front of us. God is against evil and in every case stated, God doesn't want us to suffer from evil. Hence, He cannot associate with evil, He cannot be both good and evil, it would be a conflict and His word says He is not a God of confussion. The bad stuff is usually brought about by man and his greed.

God is the creator of all that exists. He created Satan and that is where we get all the "bad" things from. He gave Satan the power and allowed the bad things to be among us. Satan is the little voice inside of us that tells us to do horrible things and be disobedient. Sounds crazy I know but hey it's life. He's the tormentor, the king of all lies and the deceiver. He is the son of man.

To the man that asked who created God. Sounds unbelievable, but seriously God has no beginning and no end. He has no creator. Makes it hard to believe that God exists, but there are some things that we don't have to know. In the end all the answers will be revealed.

Wrong, God made ONLY good stuff. Then man sinned, sin and death came into the world, and the good stuff became bad stuff.

The opposite of God made the bad stuff and that's the human brain... ...Did you know it's dark in there? How could you see?

That's true ,but everyone here will say man or Satan made the bad stuff, which of course gives them the power of creation

Wrong. God made everything that was good. It was people that took the good and used it for bad. eg. Drugs are very good to cure illness, but how many people have misused drugs for evil intent.

The theory that I hold to is this.... God made all things and all things were good. Once Satan fell from Grace, he became the ruler of Earth. Since Satan rules the Earth, he has tainted what he wants the way he sees fit (death, destruction, chaos, disease, violence, etc., etc.) Your job is to transgress these tainted things. Once you die, you transcend the hold of Satan and return to God's world.

Like I said, it's the theory that I hold to. You can agree or disagree, but just thought I'd share my view.

This is a very important concept to understand,

[004:079] Whatever of good reaches you, is from God, but whatever of evil befalls you, is from yourself. And We have sent you (O Muhammad [Peace be Upon Him) as a Messenger to mankind, and God is Sufficient as a Witness.
