Yes, of course.
Jehovah's Witnesses do practice the Scriptural practice of disfellowshipping for UNREPENTANCE of such serious sins as fornication, drug abuse, stealing, and apostasy. Baptized Witnesses who join the military or publicly engage in worship with another religion are considered to have disassociated themselves from Jehovah's Witnesses.
Contrary to the misinformation of anti-Witnesses, it is quite possible to become inactive in the JW religion without becoming disfellowshipped. As long as one's lifestyle does not bring reproach upon the congregation, and as long as one does not advocate one's disagreements with the religion, the congregation has no interest in "investigating", exposing, and disfellowshipping an inactive former Jehovah's Witness.
For those who are disfellowshipped or disassociated, a primary goal is to shock the person into recognizing the serious of their wrong so that they rejoin the congregation in pure worship. Since the primary bonds that are broken involve friendship and spiritual fellowship, it is well understood that family bonds remain intact. Parents, siblings, and grown children of disfellowshipped and disassociated ones sometimes choose to limit what they may feel is discouraging or "bad association" but that is a personal decision and is not required by their religion.
Former Witnesses who are disfellowshipped or disassociated are typically treated in accord with the Scriptural pattern explained in these Scriptures:
(1 Corinthians 5:11-13) Quit mixing in company with anyone called a brother that is a fornicator or a greedy person or an idolater or a reviler or a drunkard or an extortioner, not even eating with such a man. ...Remove the wicked man from among yourselves.
(Titus 3:10) As for a man that promotes a sect, reject him after a first and a second admonition
(Romans 16:17) Now I exhort you, brothers, to keep your eye on those who cause divisions and occasions for stumbling contrary to the teaching that you have learned, and avoid them.
(2 Thessalonians 3:6) Now we are giving you orders, brothers, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, to withdraw from every brother walking disorderly and not according to the tradition you received from us.
(2 Thessalonians 3:14) But if anyone is not obedient to our word through this letter, keep this one marked, stop associating with him, that he may become ashamed.
(2 John 10) If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, never receive him into your homes or say a greeting to him.
(Matthew 18:17) If he does not listen to them, speak to the congregation. If he does not listen even to the congregation, let him be to you just as a man of the nations
Becoming baptized as a Jehovah's Witnesses is not a trivial step. At a minimum, a student must demonstrate months of regular meeting attendance and public ministry, then must himself express the desire to be baptized. The candidate then spends hours answering hundreds of bible questions wherein he expresses both a clear understanding and personal conviction regarding Jehovah's Witness teachings in at least three separate interviews with three different elders. The candidate must vocally agree to be baptized in front of hundreds or thousands of eyewitnesses, and must be publicly immersed in water. This is not a momentary emotional decision by an unreasoning child. Dedication as a Witness required hard work and determination at the time.

It depends on the attitude and future plansof said person. If the intention is to continue practicing what the Bible calls a sin, then there will most definately be a disfellowshipping occuring.
However, with that said, if the person in question wants to repent and turn around from the sinful course, then there is every chance that a reproving is all that will be necessary.
A common misconception is that Jehovah's people are an unforgiving group. When you are before a Judicial Committee, the intent is to find out if you are sorry or not. We all sin, you could be there due to weakness rather than wickedness.
My advice for the person is to pray and then go to his/her local brothers.

Yes, It is very much possible. The disfellowshipping arrangement that we have is specifically for the purpose of keeping the congregation clean. Since fornication is a very gross sin in God's eyes consequenses must follow. Jehovah is a merciful God and those who confess are shown mercy. It all depends on a persons attitude toward the sin. Is the person repentant, does she feel regret, how may times has she does this in the past. . all these things are taken into consideration. The only time when a person is disfellowshipped is when they are not repentant.

If you are not married and pregnant, can you honestly say that you are a JW .. thats contradiction if i ever heard it .. I never understood the disfellowship thing, arent you suppost to love thy neighbour no matter what .. Jesus spent much of his time with sinners, Judas his own disciple and friend betrayed him, but he loved him none the less. Pretty pitiful religion if you ask me.

No, you will surely be disfellowshipped for the out of wedlock pregnancy not to mention premarital sex, worldly association. Why would you want to stay with a religion that would shun you for being in love?

There are three parts to this question for better understanding:
a) Can a person who is not married get pregnant?
Ofcourse yes, scientifically proven and every one know how a person gets pregnant..no one needs to be told about this.
But if question is on virgin birth then there is only one such event recorded in the Bible and that is the Birth of Jesus Christ through a Divine Intervention.. for it say "Mary never knew a man before"
b) Jehovahs Witness getting pregnant without marriage to a wordly person?
He/She should visit her/his covenant with Jehovah before he/she attempts anything like that. For it is an abomination in the sight of God! Repent and revisit your faith.. Read the scriptures to find the Messiah.. Lamb slained.. and then .. U WILL ENCOUNTER JESUS CHRIST and value of the Blood shed on Calvary for the remmission of your sins.
c) Such a person to not be disfellowshipped?
Scripture says there is no mercy, but if He/She can repent and the remedy is salvation through Blood of Jesus Christ which cleanse all sins. But after repentance and getting washed by the blood of Jesus. There is a new covenant in place sealed by the blood of Jesus
Ex odus 24:1-12 Verses to be compared with 1Peter 1: 1
Here the reference is to Moses sealing a convenant with God by Sprinkling of the blood (Exodus 24 Old testament) and God's Foreknowledge, Santification by Holyspirit and the Sprinkling of the Blood of Jesus (1 Peter 1: 1 latter part)
Both are calling in for having a COVENANT and getting it sealed by Blood to ensure there is OBEDIENCE
OBEDIENCE brings Blessing and vice versa
God Bless

Wouldn't it be better to ask this question to one of Jehovah's Witnesses personally? Posing this question in an open forum only brings the lunatics out of the woodwork.

I hope not for your sake. The Jehovahs witnesses changed the bible from its original hebrew text and also changed the meaning of it. They are a dangerous cult that doesn't hold firm to sound doctrine. I believe getting disfellowshipped from the JWs would be a blessing for anyone who is involved in it.
