Are there any reincarnation people on this site? Can being a Christian and still believe in reincarnation work? I am very serious about this. I have experienced too much de javu to not totally discount the theory of reincarnation. I have had what seems like flashbacks to a former life. On the other hand, I am a strong believer and a Christian. I am totally confused with this. I am 73 years old by the way.

Are we still living in the middle ages?

How can people think questioning a virgin birth is wrong?

Oh, that's right Because it's Holy! I forgot. Everything holy is true. And you shouldn't question it. Ever. Because you'll go to hell. Forever!

let's face it when it comes to other people religions 90% of us are ignorant. so i'm interested to find out what sort of things we don't know about each others religion.
please no hateful comments or statements such as "this is the true religion" "other religion is false" etc.
you don't have to write 5 things, but give it a go.

If the Koran is of God, and the Bible is of God, then why do they conflict on something as basic as 1) the Nature of Christ, and 2) the veracity of the Crucifixion and its purpose?
How can God contradict Himself?

Matt 17:20 He said to them, "Because of your unbelief. For most certainly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain,'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.

How do you measure your faith to determine if it's mustard-seed-like enough?

God made satan, satan rebelled against god ,god cast satan down here to tempt us.First, since satan was an angel and therfor more knowledgeable about god than any of us humans, why we would he be stupid enough to start a war that he already knew he couldn't win? Second, since god was having trouble controlling satan and knew satan wasn't such a "good" guy,why would a good, loving ,god, allow satan to torture his creations? And don't say "to test our faith "or something like that because common sense dictates that if god would just show himself or drop by to say hi once in a while, everyone would be a believer.

Who can give Pangel a word of encouragement at the loss of several of the questions (and beautiful answers) she posed that were removed?

Pangel, thanks for being a beacon of love and goodness in this world of betrayal and mistrust. You've helped me to be a better person, more open-minded, and more accepting of people whose views differ from my own. God bless!

When man first walked the earth we didn't have religion. Because of this man had to develop his own interpretation of God. I see this as a much more natural way of becoming one with God. Today organized religion has confused many beyond belief. We have so many different kinds of religions and we are expected to choose one. Once we have done this, we then must believe everything this "religion" tells us. I personally don't think that any religion can honestly tell me God's word. Today religion has even gone as far as to force it's views on homosexuality, stem cell research, abortion, and other controversial ideas. Apparently they know what is right. I wonder what God would think of organized religion. Would he be ashamed of us for turning against each other and telling them that they are wrong? Organized religion seems to have turned spirituality into an I'm right and your wrong contest. I think it is time we decided for ourselves what God has intended for us.
