I finally was able to find one of their first, if not their FIRST, CD. Its a self titled album. The 9th song, "Take me to Jesus" I can never understand some of the lyrics. It goes something like...
"Hello David, Man I loved your Psalms,
Is that.....? (who preached about those dry bones?)...?,
Peter can you tell me, how'd you walk upon the sea,
and Paul, your prison letters, well they, set me free!"

Thats always been one of my favorite songs ever since I was 9yrs old listening to the old cassette, riding in the truck with my Dad to go fishing! But to this day I still dont know what that one verse is! Help me!

The Declaration of Independence is predicated on the supposition that the rights of man are an endowment from a Creator. This of course opens a can of worms for atheists because if there is no Creator, then in turn no endowment. Could Constitutional rights then be amended at the whim of majority opinion?

I have been told that engrams are "bad memories". I have also heard that the engram counseling fee's are outrageous, ranging in the tens of thousands of dollars. Therefore, removal of engrams seem to be rather expensive and, for me, would be the source of many many more engrams from actually paying that much money.

Will this prove to be a watershed event in our nation's history and perhaps result in the evangelicals coming out for gay rights?

I just read a question asking how one can know if Jesus really did perform miracles. At least five Christian answered with 'because it's in the bible.' As if the bible wasn't a pack of contradictions and inaccurate accounts of people's false perceptions and beliefs. Come on, that is pretty bad if that is all the proof you have. Seriously, how can they be so ignorant?

In He-man everybody went to the sorceress for advice, she had given prince adam his magick sword and gave him as much help as sh could in his battle to regain geryskull, which was their place of power. He was also assisted by a little wizard named Orko.

The thundercats protected an ancient book of magick and had a similar magick sword, called the eye of thundera, and battled a mummified bad guy, mumm-ra, who was undead.

The gummy bears were led by a wizard and also guarded an ancient book of occult wisom that had, among other things in it, the gummy-berry-juice potion.

Dungeons and Dragons had a group of teenagers who all had some sort of magickal tool or weapon

Does anybody else remember more?

Hi,
I am on the Steering Committee for the Church of the Younger Fellowship, a Unitarian Universalist online congregation for young adults aged 18-35. I am working on trying to build a greater sense of community in our congregation and increase discussions and general interaction, all of which can be quite low. It can also be difficult to get members to volunteer to help with this process, which is not something which can only be done by a small group.

Any suggestions on how we might increase member interaction and create a sense of community? We have discussion boards, a religious library, groups which can be used for educational and social purposes, blogs, and news sections, as well as an area to share joys and concerns which is the most popular section. Participations in discussions and groups tend to be quite low, especially.

Thanks!

Or did Cain marry Eve? Where did Cain's wife come from? Since Adam and Eve were the first and only people (fundamentalist christians that believe EVERY WORD of the Bible), Cain would had to have married his sister or mother, right? If not...then the creation story you hold so dear is false.
