I believe that we were all in heaven together before we came to Earth, we were spiritual beings and we came here to get a body, learn, and become more like God. When you have your own children you can feel how heavenly they are, so pure and precious, you know there is no other place they could possibly come from other than straight form heaven, you can feel it.

This could just mean that God had a clear idea of what human beings were going to be like before the world was created, not that any individual human being was in heaven before birth.

God told us a secret in the Quran talks about our existance before we become on earth. here it;s
[172] And (remember) when your Lord brought forth from the Children of Adam, from their loins, their seed (or from Adam's loin his offspring) and made them testify as to themselves (saying): "Am I not your Lord?" They said: "Yes! We testify," lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection: "Verily, we have been unaware of this."
