I just read a question asking how one can know if Jesus really did perform miracles. At least five Christian answered with 'because it's in the bible.' As if the bible wasn't a pack of contradictions and inaccurate accounts of people's false perceptions and beliefs. Come on, that is pretty bad if that is all the proof you have. Seriously, how can they be so ignorant?

Chelsey m there is tremendous proof for evolution. Have you heard of the fossil records? How about genology? How about the fact that things like virus change to survive and attack cells that were formerly immune?

Belief often makes people ignorant. In fact, one of the many contradictions in the Bible say that it's better not to be intelligent, because knowledge corrupts(or something like that). But in other passages, it says that God given intelligence should be used for good(or something like that). This is why they say ignorance is bliss I guess, cuz if all were stupid, then no one will be the wiser. Christians really do believe what they believe and so they will often be tested. It sounds stupid to others that don't see their point of views exactly. This is why George W Bush is still president, and why ppl still root for the republican party even though they see it and the president falling out of grace.

Why do such a lot Christians name atheist dull? See, we will play those video games all day lengthy... I do not believe any one is dull for believing in a god (Christian or or else). Like you, I have identified many extremely clever theists. I simply believe they're mistaken in this one difficulty. Be extra worried approximately what you're pronouncing rather of demanding what "such a lot" individuals say to others. PS- Plenty of dull individuals on either side as good. Belief or lack thereof isn't a trademark of intelligence.

Jesus Christ changed my life. I was lost, now I'm found. I was a liar, I lie no more. I was a thief, I steal no more but give a substantial portion of my income to the poor. I used to hate Christians and anyone else that disagreed with me, I don't hate people anymore. I used to be fearful, I am fearful no more. I was addicted to drugs, alcohol, tobacco - but no more! I didn't know where I came from or where I was going, but now I know that I have eternal life, peace and joy. Truly I am telling you, I speak of that which I know and testify to that which I have seen.

In the world you will have persecution, but be faithful until the end and you will have a crown of Life that will not fade away.
Many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivered them out of them all
Evil people will you always have with you, seeking to lay a snare, or catch you and betray you
In this world you will have trouble.
The God of this world has blinded the eyes of those who believed not, whose end is to be burned with unquenchable fire
Go not in their ways but depart from evil.
They are not afraid to speak evil of you, self-willed and unlearned,
unjust.

There are ignorant people everywhere, no matter what the religous affliation. Once people have an opinion, they aren't too eager to be proven wrong.
Any and every group of people you meet in your lifetime will have it's fair share of willfully stupid.

The basis for our whole religion is the Holy Bible. It is what we put our faith in,thus our trust is in it too. I would apologize for us Christians but I will not. However I'm sure all of us ignorant Christians will be praying for you later. God bless you

I believe that would be "All Christians" since everyone who believes in Jesus also believes His work is true.
Do you have any proof that the Bible isn't true? How exactly would you prove that someone actually did something over 2000 years ago? Can you prove that Homer wrote The Oddysey? Maybe his wife or sister wrote it. Maybe a neighbor... Get my point?

Latest studies indicate that 91.1 per cent of human activity is based on cognate stupidity. The remaining 8.9 per cent are simply accident prone.
But God has mercy.

I have heard the contradiction excuse about a hundred times as a reason for the Bible being false. I have never encountered one, and most scholars who dedicate years to studying the bible have yet to find any.
Oh and thanks for the two points, I will pay you back one in return. Have a happy happy day.
