i was rise with the believes that i should pray to God etc... but when i was (12-18year s old) i just did not like to go to church or to hear about God no more....but now i feel and i think that i need God... now that i am 19 years old i feel like trying once more... but there is something in my mind (science) that says i should not believe in God... what is your advice...

I have been in some difficult problems where I think that god does not exist because I often talk to him but I He does not hear my pray… I don’t pray for luxury I just pray to feel relaxed and good with myself but there is no response to my pray….

Does he still Love George Bush for killing all the Americans when he hid from the government because he was afraid of the Vietnam war? Why did George Bush Sr. Have AIDS Virus Placed in Monkeys to kill All Africans, he did it so he and his son could control the world. Wipe off all the Weak so he and his Oil Partners could get rich. Now he is sad because AIDS is killing Whit American Women and Blacks and Gays. George Bush's Father released a Bottle that can't be closed. Now all my Amish Brothers and Sisters will Die Because of his Ignorance and so will all you other Protestants and Catholics.. Didn't we make a mistake and electing that family to control the free world.. Yes we did. And unfortunately we have to pay for it now. I'm just a little Amish Baby and I know the truth. This has to stop. Cry.

1. So how did the eye evolve? The whole "light sensitive spot" theory doesn't hold up; even a light sensitive spot is an organ of irreducible complexity. If one component is removed, the organ becomes useless and even detremental to the host organism.

2. How could something so complex as DNA be formed gradually? DNA has a very high information content. As far as man has observed, natural forces have failed to produce anything that remotely approaches the complexity of DNA.
Snowflakes have low information content; they are just geometric designs - a few directions that are repeated over and over.
The same is true of crystals.
So how did all this happen? Wouldn't there have to be some driving force that made organisms evolve to more complex life forms?

OK I understand the reasons that christians give for why he had to die. But why did he have to die on a cross. I mean, this was one of the absolute worst ways to die. If he just had to die couldn't God have let him be walking down the road and... oops he just slipt and split his head open on a rock or mabey the rock falls on him. Why did brutal torture have to come into play.

I can already hear the answer that it was to show us just how much he loved us. But thats like saying my daughter needs a bone marrow transplant and just to prove to her that her brother loves her, he's going to donate his using no anesthesia. Its just not neccessary. Between this and the fact that if you don't worship him he will torture you for eternity based on what you did the 80 or so years you were on this planet, God seems a little pre occupied with torture.

We originally started worshiping the Sun. During the height of Egyptian History God was worshiped as a woman (called Goddess). We went through Paganism where we worshipped Idols and that evolved into today's belief system where God is worshiped as a man.. So God evolved from, The Sun, A Woman, An Icon, and a Man. We are overdue for a change. What will be next, people from outer space?

The TV news tonight reported that results of a recent Harris poll. It said also that 3 years ago, 34% of Americans were unsure of God's existence. It looks like the relgious fanatics in the White House, and elsewhere, are driving people AWAY from belief in God.

Doesn't it sound ironical when the churces are all divided into different denominations with own set of doctrine.

Doesn't common sense tells u that Catholic Church which has been in existence for past 2000 yrs has never broke in succession from one pope to the other, starting from Apostle Peter?

Hasn't Christ said that he will be with the Church till the end of time? Pls don't tell me that Church He referred to is just about His follower, it has a deeper meaning than this, i,e he is upholding his Catholic Church. Mary His mother, while he was sent to earth, as a human, is well loved by Him, if Christian churches ignore her importance, do u think Christ will like it?

Ponder and reflect.

Those who defend "choice" ... if a moment after you were conceived your life was stopped in your mother's womb would you be here? Wouldn't your life be gone? Be over?
How can you say that it is not a human life that is being stopped by abortion at any point in pregnancy?
