Love is the natural choice. It requires an honest appraisal of our purposes and whether we are doing God's will.
Hate may be easier for some, though everyone was created to long for love.

It is definitely easier to love. Hate takes a terrible spiritual toll.
I think we can promote love and happiness with big ol' hugs for everyone! Or at least a smile to a stranger if you're the non-touchy type...

Without a doubt it is much easier to hate. Because we were shaped in iniquity(sin), it is much easier for you to divert back to our embedded ways. The only thing we can do to truly promote love and happiness is to pray to God for it. He is the Rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

it's easier to love, i think. hate takes up sooooo much energy!
i think if we show love, that would help to promote it. even if you don't like a person, love them anyway. you never know when it could get you farther in life just because you showed love and compassion for someone instead of hatred or dislike.
