As humans He has created a world in which we have been pretty much in control for a long time. We have free will.

Personally I don't believe God is against homosexuality.
And I may be crucified for this but I don't believe half the stuff in the Bible, especially the Old Testament, is true. Man wrote the Bible there's errors, probably some stuff that never happened, and a lot of it was probably lost in translation
furthermore there's no documented evidence that Jesus was for or against homosexuality. He never came out and said homosexuality was wrong. Though what he does say about marriage and such can be interpreted as an argument against homosexuality.
And I haven't seen "though shall not be gay" in the 10 commandments

Dos God allow that? Does God allow me to get my fingers burnt if I place them on a hot plate? No. homosexuality is a sin and man freely and knowingly indulges in it. The bible clearly warns us that it is a sin and that we will have to reap the fruit of the seed that we choose to sow. It is not a sin above other sins, it is just like any other thing that God forbids us in his word. The penalty is the same. why are people homosexuals? they believe the lie that satan spins. He so desperately wants to be a creator that he now tries to create his own creatures by telling them that God is confused and that he does not know what he made.
God does not allow it. He gave Jesus so that we can escape the misery and judgment of sin. but we CHOOSE to do otherwise. Do not blame God, for He cannot lie and HIs Word is TRUTH, no matter what everyone else says. Read romans 1 -3.

homosexuality is AGAINST Almighty God's plans. These have not changed since Adam and Eve. He hates the practice. If people CEASE THE PRACTICE, then they will be again loved by God. But not WHILE they continue the practice.
(1 Corinthians 6:9) What! Do YOU not know that unrighteous persons will not inherit God’s kingdom? Do not be misled. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men,
(1 Timothy 1:10) fornicators, men who lie with males, kidnappers, liars, false swearers, and whatever other thing is in opposition to the healthful teaching

Why does God allow murders? Why does he allow child molesters? You want to condem one sin you condem them all, sorry man, but that is how that system works.
And see it would keep working that way. And not to sound preachy or nothing(cause I am only stating what i believe) but Jesus came along to save people from the sins that man would condem them for. And if you turn to Him He will bring you out of the world of sin and into the world of Salvation. And as for God being against gays well I can't say that He hates gays over any praticicular group.

Basically, you are asking why God allows temptation. Why does God allow drugs to be created, knowing that it would be abused and people would become addicted, or why did God allow money to exist, knowing that it would lead to greed and theft? Why does God allow hatred to exist, knowing that it can lead to murder?
Or, more to the point, why did God put the Tree of Knowledge of good & evil in the Garden of Eden in the first place?
Why does God allow people a choice, if he knows that we are weak and will probably choose evil?
No easy answer here, but the Bible does tell us that there is no temptation that we shall encounter that is not common to all men, and that God will never allow us to be tempted beyond what we have the strength to resist.

God has given everybody a preference and choice, in the bible he destroyed an entire nation due to sexual immorality and because people left the natural use of the human body to go after the unatural, if he ordained same sex relationships then he would have made Adam and Steve in the garden and not Adam and Eave. It would also be natural for a Gay couple to have a child though normal means, if Gay was the go then the earth could me repopulated through this union, it is an abomination to Almighty God and aside from ones pure lust or desire, why justify it, imagine if condoms were never invented the entrance for gays would be shitty and lesbians would not have to strap on an extra penis to give full desires effect of love making

First of all the behavior of "gay" is against Gods laws. It is a perverted act, God Incorporated the family that is made up of a male to be the head or leader, and a female to complement him and help him.
In the bible it is Satan that is the god of this world. for time being anyway. Mainly because people since the garden of Eden are imperfect sometimes those feelings get mixed up. But according to the bible it is still not an excuse to get involved in that behavior. is it difficult, for some persons it is and confusing. But it is something that God is allowing because we are involved in resolving who will be more successful to rule over us. We our selves or Satan. As you know this challenge is done or explained a bit in the book of Job.
so yes he is against it. Entire cities were destroyed because of that behavior.

I think the bible is interpreted however Christians see fit. Christians don't see being gay as normal, so God is against it. They also interpret parts about divorce and adultary.
Homosexuality isn't a choice. Gay people don't just wake up one morning and decide that they want to be gay for a few days then go back to being hetero. Why would anyone "chose" a life style that is high risk for disease and is persecuted by society as a whole?

First Question: is God against Gays?
God is expressly against any homosexual activity whether between males or females. Many scriptures support this, this is only one.
(1Co 6:9 Do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor abusers, nor homosexuals,
1Co 6:10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.)
Keep in mind God LOVES THE PERSON, BUT HATES THE SIN. He wants them to stop doing their sins (any sin, not just homosexuality) and turn to Christ and ask forgiveness.
Question #2: Why would He allow such phenomenon if He is against it. Why would he ever allow same sex attraction?
Ever since the fall of man in the garden of eden, Satan has twisted Gods intentions for man. The source of the perversion is from Satan, not God. However to answer your question, one of the greatest gifts God has given to each one of us is FREE WILL. God will not violate our free will that He has given each one of us. We can choose to reject God and follow our own desires, or we can choose to follow God. Take a few minutes to read Romans 1:18 to 2:2. This explains the progressively destructive nature of sin, and also explains the consequences of peoples failure to turn from their sins, of which homosexuality is listed

First of all, God doesn't condemn gay people -- He condemns the behavior.
Second, God doesn't condemn anybody. Anyone who is condemned, essentially condemns themselves.
Third, just because there's something going on in the world -- in this case, homosexuality -- doesn't mean that God supports it.
After all, there are plenty of things that we do here on earth -- stealing, lying, murder -- that God is very much against. Just because these things occur, doesn't mean God approves of them.
Once again, God doesn't condemn gay people -- He only condemns gay behavior. That's because it's against the natural order that He established.
It's also because gay sex is simply dangerous for us -- it greatly increases the risk for a whole host of deadly diseases -- and in banning it, God is actually doing us a favor. He's doing it for our own protection.
