Remember that if not the end for all at the same time, the end for all has come and will come separately, so what difference does it make?

Mathew Ch.24 indicates that we are right at the very end times as we see all the events unfolding around us almost daily. We have the earthquakes, wars and rumors of wars, pestilence and famine, nation against nation and kingdom against kingdom etc., and Jesus said that all these things would happen in the lifetime of only one generation. When the Lord returns we will be caught up to meet him in the air and for those who are left behind there will be the 7 years of terrible tribulation. We see that some countries are now in the grip of the worst drough in recorded history and insteringly we note in Revelations that the 2 witnesses will have the power to shut up heaven so that there will be no rain for the first half of the tribulation (3 1/2 years) I personally believe it could happen at any time from now.

Yes I believe we are living in the last days. Read Matthew 24:36, Revelations, Mark 13:32, Luke 21:34. The Bible is being fulfilled each day. The world is getting more evil. People are killing for stupid reasons, crime is up, and the Bible said as in the days of Noe, so shall the time be when He will be coming back. Pray for your friend, give him a tract, and find a good book to get him to change. Left behind, Bible the book of John, The Late Great Planet Earth. We are also studying Revelations in our church, and have studied Daniel. The time is coming soon, but no one knows the day nor the hour of His return. Keep being a witness, and living for Jesus. If we shine like Jesus, He will draw people to Himself through us.

I believe the End is near but it's too vague to say it's in our lifetime as a person may live only 1 more day or he may live for another 80years or so!
There are many signs in the world already so I think the best thing to do is to be prepared for it like the parable of the 10 bridesmaids. If you live everyday of your life living out God's Word and sharing it, you have done your part.
God Bless you!

Considering the slow and steady degradation of global society and real values like cooperation, the concern for children and family, as well as the increase in immorality, selfishness and individuality, it's clear that satan has become more and more active recently. I do believe that the time is coming soon.
Not to mention the restoration of Israel. That's a clear sign that we are approaching the end times.

Don't worry too much about '"getting God's word out". He has the power to make even the stones talk [ Luke 19;40] And even Jesus said at (Matthew 10:23) When they persecute YOU in one city, flee to another; for truly I say to YOU, YOU will by no means complete the circuit of the cities of Israel until the Son of man arrives.
The 'preaching' work, by us, will not be finished before Armageddon arrives. Almighty God will make sure that sufficient is done. For His purposes.

No, I think we'll be OK. The world has become somewhat more dangerous in recent years, but this is consistent with past decades. The level of danger shifts periodically. For example, after Pearl Harbor was bombed, the danger level was high, however after WWII ended, the danger level was low. It will get better in time, however I believe it will get a little worse before it gets better.

I think you can stop worrying so much. "The End" has been near since Jesus died. The Apostles thought Jesus would return in their lifetimes. That was about 2000 years ago and it hasn't happened yet.
Since no one really knows the exact date and time you just have to live as if it will happen in the next second but worry about it as if it won't happen for the next 2000 years.

No one knows the End of this world, not even the angels. BUT I am sure tha God is near because you ae right about the examples you said. On Revelations it says about the signals of His Return and we are passing through you.
I do not came to offend anyone but it's what I belive and because it's true. You ask and you wanted an answer didn't you?
