All who have not yet reached the age of acountability and those mentaly unable to accept or reject God will be spared... as are any of those who die today... this is not strictly biblicaly supported, but it is a position of Faith based upon the certain knowledge of God's Love. As know by those of The True Christian Faith

Babies are innocent. They are born into sin but don't have the capacity to know about sin. So yes they will be saved on judgement day.

I believe that a baby will go to Heaven because the bible tells us that a person has to understand the consequences of not being saved and well there is no way a baby could. I think the term in the bible is called the age of reasoning.

God will judge you only based on the favors you have received. Babies didn't get enough time on earth to have freewill and choose between right or wrong. God will not punish the innocent so indeed they would be saved.

The ones 'cut off' at Armageddon, will have deserved their ending. Babies would not seem to qualify. But if they do, God has the power to restore them.
