If a person doesn't believe that truth exists, are they confirming their fact by stating that "yes, it is true, that truth doesn't exist"?

They way I see it, according to Christianity, we're all damned by original sin because Adam and Eve ate from the tree of knowledge. But if this story isn't literally true, what do we need to be saved from?

Would you call the police because a mob was threatening rape?

Or, would you call the police because a mob was threatening homosexuality?

This basically is the story of Sodom and Gomorrah. The story also includes Lott’s willingness to offer his two virgin daughters to appease the mob. (I’ll refrain from comment on that.) I really don’t see anything in this story that’s taking issue with two same sex people in a committed relationship.

And for those who will refer to Romans… pretty clearly seems to be talking about rampant promiscuity and prostitution which includes homosexual acts. Again, this scripture isn’t talking about two loving same sex people in a committed relationship. How do Christians get to homosexuality as abomination based on these scriptures???

-use to believe in recieving vaccination, then were not allowed for about 10-13 years, then they went back.
NOW lot of people went blind or got sick and proably died.
If it is God channel of communication why would God lie.
Or it is not God communicating channel.
God is truth not lies or contradictions.
Even the founder Charles Taze Russle said "If we were following man undoubtedly it would be different with us; undoubtedly one human idea would contradict one another and that which was light one or two or six years ago would be regarded as darknessnow: But with God there is no variablness, neither shadow of turning, and so it is with truth. Any knowledge of light from God must be likes its author. A new view of truth never contradicts a former truth. New light never extinguishes older light but adds to it.

That is enough to show that the watchtower teaching have cantradicted and caused harm. So that is why it cant be from God.

This is a website called the brick testament that illustrates bible stories in lego dioramas that are obviously aimed small children, but if you'll check out this link

http://www.thebricktestament.com/genesis/judah_and_the_prostitute/gn38_12b.html

which takes you to their rendition of judah and the prostitute, you will find a wonderful depiction of lego people having sex--a better one is this link to "reuben's incest"--the first image you'll see is two lego people going at it

http://www.thebricktestament.com/genesis/reubens_incest/gn35_22a.html

does anybody else find it creepy that christians can now use this site to have lego's educate their kids in sex?

From these the coastland peoples spread. These are the sons of Japheth in their lands, each with his own language, by their families, in their nations ... These are the sons of Ham, by their families, their languages, their lands, and their nations ... These are the sons of Shem, by their families, their languages, their lands, and their nations." (Genesis 10:5, 20, 31)

"Now the whole earth had one language and few words. And as men migrated from the east, they found a plain in the land of Shinar and settled there." (Genesis 11:1)

Christians are taught that they're born bad.

Atheists are taught that we all can be good.

Christians are taught that god will forgive you no matter what you do.

Atheists take responsibility for our own actions

Christians are taught that no sin is greater than the other

Atheists rely on common sense. Murder is worse than lying about your age

Okay, so here's god. He gives people free will. They can believe or not believe, but at the same time, he sends mankind human prophets to spread his word, so despite giving humans a choice, he obviously wants people to believe in him, otherwise why send the prophets?

So my question is, if he wants people to believe, why use a delivery system as unreliable and inefficient as word-of-mouth? Clearly god is aware of all the different opinions, the arguing and fighting amongst all the different religions. Why not simply put an end to it in one fell swoop? Manifest your message in the stars, or the clouds, or the shores of every beach. Wouldn't his existence be a lot more compelling if there were messages from him in spiderwebs and on tree leaves, or if birds sang it, than hearing some crazyass minister on tv?

People would still have to make up their own minds, but the message would carry a lot more weight if it were conveyed in a manner befitting an all-powerful deity.

Matthew 28:19 (New International Version)
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
ALL NATIONS NOT EVERYONE BUT BABIES

Mark 10:14 (New International Version)
When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.

Ephesians 4:5 (New International Version)
one Lord, one faith, one baptism

Seems to me that it's OK that religion protest when science denies creation, but why churches denie a creation according with the facts of science?

From my point of view, there isn't reasonable antagonism between creation belief and the evolutionary doctrine.

Can a Christian who is not Catholic go through an excorcism and it not be a sin? I have spirits attacking me and want them out and feel on the edge of possession again...for more explanation please see my previous questions...I have come to know what is going on in my spiritual walk and have taken the measures to fix it...The spirits left and as the bible says, they returned with 7 more stronger...they have returned as of two nights ago. When I physically sleep, I spiritually travel in astral projection involved in viewing satanic sacrifice with spirits. Please supply any information or insights. Thank you and God Bless.
